Dunkin’ Donuts

First time here and I was happy.
Why?
They were very organized. The large ice coffee is less than $ 2. The apple fritter was the largest one I have ever seen in my life. Sweet, crispy, chewy with lots of apples! I could not eat the whole thing (ok, I could have, but I had a party later that evening so I just ate half and was seriously satisfied!) and gave the other half to my Mom!
I will be sure to stop in the next time I am in the area.
ps. The apple fritter here was twice the size of the DD in Wintergreen Plaza on Rockville Pike next door to Chipotle.
pps. The attitude of the staff here was much friendlier and more helpful than the DD next door to Chipotle.
ppps. Skip the DD in Wintergreen Plaza.

Not the best but not the worst. Its slow but cant complain about the ice cream. Everything else is not to bad not to great. Service is nice but slow

This DD is horrible… I went during the «2−5» 99 cent iced coffee. I ordered my coffee, than Jessica, said she couldn’t find the promo scanner. I asked if a manager could overide it so that I could still get the promotional offer. She very rudely told me no, as she sighed and rolled her eyes. I asked why couldn’t the manager overide it. She told me that there was no manager working until tomorrow. I found that very odd because why would there only be associates working, what if there needed to be a refund or a managers password needed to be used? I told her that I would just come back tomorrow when the manager was there if the promo would not be available. She said «See Ya» in such a rude tone. I’ve been a server and cashier before and I would NEVER treat someone with such a disgusting attitude. I could understand her being a bit hasty if It were packed, but I was the only customer in line!!! I had gone before at 12am and the overnight ladies were very sweet, even offering me to try the flavors of ice cream (this was on the BR side). Anyways, I would’ve given this DD 3 stars, but because of Jessica’s disgusting treatment of me, I have to give 1.

This place is usually pretty good, but apparently not at 4 AM.
I ordered a #12 (Wake Up Wrap — Steak) with a small sweetened iced tea. I was the only customer in there, except for maybe one other guy who was waiting for his order. In other words, not busy at all, but it still took nearly 9 minutes before I got my order.
I get home and open the steak wrap, and out it comes dripping with honey mustard. I take a bite and the wrap feels like its been out for too long; stale and chewy, hard to bite into. I look at the sausage and its a crooked little sliver of meat, awkwardly cut and not enough to cover the base of the wrap. Way too sweet from the oozing amounts of honey mustard, and it was almost like the wrap and the meat were competing for which one was chewier. Also, wasn’t I supposed to get eggs in here?
Reached for (what I thought was) my iced tea hoping to help dissolve the weird textures in my mouth, but surprise surprise… its iced coffee! Sure, its a 24-​hour DD, but come on, if America runs on this stuff, then the two bright gentlemen behind the counter need the caffeine more than I do.

This is positively the best DD in the area. My wife and I stop every day on the way to work. We use the coupon from the Flower Hill Giant register tape and get a great start to the morning. Simon, the manager, has a great sense of humor and always has a smile for us, even when I complain that he has run out of Salt Bagels (which are the best bagels in the world). This DD is open 24 hours and we’ve stopped at 3:00 am on our way to the Flea Market. Service, even at that hour, was quick and competent. This is truly a special place,

First time ordering a medium iced coffee (pecan flavor) on skim w/​lite ice. *With a 99¢ coupon.
I truly love this DD and the staff is always friendly!

Polite, fast working employees. I had a sweet tea and a bagel. The lady poured my tea, put a lid on it and held it up in the air to look at the contents of the plastic cup. Whether it was the color of the tea, the amount of ice or she saw something floating in it i’m not sure, but she said, «I’m gonna remake this for you!» Fantastic!
The lobby, front counter area and restroom was clean and tidy. My tea was perfect and my onion bagel was delicious.

I have been to this location about a dozen times or more, mostly to get coffee and twice for a donut or two. I took my kids once to get the overpriced but fairly yummy ice cream on the Baskin Robbins side. The coffee as usual is delightful and they almost always put the right amount of cream and sugar in my drink. It’s always hot and taste fresh and you can even add flavor to it. I really liked the peppermint mocha when they offered it! The establishment has always been clean when we sat in to enjoy out coffee. It’s never crowded so we never had an issue finding seating. It seems to seat about 24 people.
I really love the free wifi because I believe all coffee places should have free wifi. And surprisingly after moaning constantly that I wasn’t a fan of their donuts because they just taste like cigarette smoke to me, I finally tried a sour cream donut and it was really good! My five year old son had two glazed donuts once and devoured them but he is not very picky.
Now I do think that for the size and quality of their donuts they need to lower the price! Over a buck per donut seems like highway robbery to me but I’ll stick to my yummy coffee and free wifi and maybe the occasional sour cream donut when my pocketbook is in agreement with me! Also the ice cream seems to be a hit because I always see more people getting ice cream than getting coffee and donuts!
And as a side note: I went once and ordered a hot coffee and the cashier put iced coffee on the receipt and so the ‘barista’ handed it to me and I told her of the mistake and she said, ‘oh, well that’s what he punched in and that’s what’s on the receipt,’ while still handing me the iced coffee. I just looked at her and said, ‘well I’m sorry but can you change it because I want a hot coffee.’ She did and didn’t show any attitude so I give her credit for that but next time she should have just switched it and not try to get me to still drink it.

This guy who works every morning here really sucks at his job. He doesn’t even know what is on the menu! We had to tell him what a spicy breakfast sandwich bagel has on it, Dunkin’ Donuts’ newest item advertised. You have to repeat yourself multiple times before he gets your order ALMOST right. You tell him a large, he gets you a medium. You ask for a mint chocolate chip iced coffee, he doesn’t know what you’re asking. He always has his shirt buttoned down and looks unkempt and unprofessional.

Mmmmm. Donuts.
