You will not get you order on time, they will forget to make and keep serving others. Unless keep asking you won’t get a food. If you have patience, and can wait for a long time this is the best place or you can place a order go to shopping and come back to take it out.

3 for 3 on times I’ve gone an no bagels are ready. Maybe I’m the crazy one here but what’s the point of being«open» at 5am if you don’t have what 90% of people come for, ready. The first time I came at 5:10. Second 5:30 and third 6:00am. More than not the customer service is decent, mainly the African guy is extremely nice and a joy to be around. Then you have the Hispanic lady with a beauty mark on her upper lip thinking that pointing in the direction of the register replaced any common phrase saying if you’re finished with your order you can pay at the next window.

Absolutely love their bagels and shmear. Their shmear is the best flavored cream cheese, my favorite is strawberry then blueberry. I often buy a tub and get half a dozen bag of bagels to bring home and enjoy for breakfast at home the next following days! The service at this location is as good as it can get for a bagel place.

The people are really nice. If you like the pretzel bagels get there early because for some reason they are always out. Today they had them, but most of the bagels were way overcooked. We asked the guy at the counter, and he dug and found one that was from an earlier batch and was ok. Got one asparagus and mushroom sandwich, asparagus ended up in the trash because it was too tough to eat. The bacon, egg, cheese one was all edible but refrigerator cold. Line is so long, and food so slow it is not a quick meal, and we didn’t have time to wait. .again so cold food or was.

I am not a bagel person. I dislike cream cheese. Why still give 5 stars? They have so many different kinds of bagels and my favorite is the chocolate chip. On top of that, their specialty is the shmear– blueberry or strawberry are my top choices. Their service is quick and it’s kind of cozy inside the store. Good for breakfast or «snack.» I usually buy a dozen box and two tubs of shmear but sometimes I like to grab one for right there and then. I just wished they are open til later.

Came here twice and both times they got our order wrong. A total of 60 dollars down the drain because my family has allergies to the ingredients we requested to be left off of our bagel.

Its been a LONG time since I have been to an Einstein Bagels place, I honestly can’t remember but must say everyone here was friendly and quick with my order. No complaints, it was busy for a Friday at 10:30 am, and they kept rollin customers through really happy and will go back! I got the applewood bacon and spinach panini, with a white chocolate mocha, very good stuff!

It’s been ages since I’ve been to an Einstein Bros — which is strange considering how often I crave a bagel sandwich — and it’s just as perfect as I remember. The bagels were fresh, and topped just right. I ordered a lox bagel(next time I’ll pass on the capers, now that I know), and it was just what I wanted. The bagel was toasted to perfection, and the lox was fresh. The price on the bagel was reasonable too($ 6.99, I think), which is significantly less than I’ve paid elsewhere for the same thing. They have some half priced drink specials during certain times, and a large selection of coffee and other specialty drinks. I plan on taking advantage of that next time… The staff was really friendly, and constantly cleaning and restocking around the store. I think this is a new location, and they’re doing a great job keeping it looking that way.

I’m not much of a bagel person, so I was skeptical going in to Einstein Bros. However, they have lots of choices in addition to traditional bagels. I had a bagel dog, which was surprisingly good. The pumpkin muffin was phenomenal; I tried to eat every last crumb. Tip: Their e-club sends out valuable coupons.
