I actually walked (stormed) out of Charming Charlie, frustrated at how I was treated (such terrible service) and walked into Franchescas.
Great service. Came in for earrings and the wraps in the window. They were very helpful. The young lady at the counter even offered to hold the door open so I could push my stroller out of the store. A super pleasant surprise.
I’d rather spend a little more money for better quality and service. So much better than the awful service I got at charming Charlie.

Love this store but the people who work there need to be trained better or have an attitude adjustment. They have a sign that reads «10% of you entire purchase with military ID» the girl insisted she couldn’t take 10% off our purchase. even with the sign two feet from her register! She basically said the sign was only there because her manger wants it there. Ummm false advertising? Ended up getting the situation worked out only after another employee stepped in. I’ll definitely never go to this location again.

This store is ok — it’s tiny, the collection is ok — not awesome, and the people who work here can be indifferent. I have been here multiple times when the check out girls were chit chatting with each other and not concentrating on the customer, which I think is VERY rude.
They barely have any sale items, which kind of sucks. There are 2 dressing rooms and the store is usually pretty well organized, though super small. I like coming here because it is so close to where I live, but really I prefer the new store in Montgomery mall or the one in Tyson’s — of course I love the one in Pentagon!
Not all of the girls are trained to handle returns and my recent returns took 20 minutes, with the girl chit chatting and not concentrating, then having to call someone else to take a look and then now knowing what to do with my Paypal account balance (since I bought stuff online using Paypal) and what not!

Girls are always very nice and helpful when I go in there. Unfortunately the clothes never seem to fit as they run a little big. I was told back in April they were going to fix that problem because they saw it happen often. I was just there last week and I sadly left empty handed, but the service was still great!

Love this store! Reminds me of ModCloth (online shop) & their prices are comparable as well. Small boutique at the Gaithersburg Rio with casual clothing + accessories that appeal to 20’s/30’s crowd. Bought a cute belt for less than $ 20 & will be back for more fall items soon!
Excellent customer service here & you can sign up for email deals while you’re there.

I loveeee this place.
They have the best accessories. Yes, a little pricey but I think its well worth it. I usually try and wait till there’s like a buy one get one 50% off sale and stock up then.
For all the girls that love statement necklaces … this is the place to go.

Pretty cool store! I just came across it today and its a cute little boutique next to South Moon Under.
Francesca’s Collections offers a unique variety of jewelry: chunky and more classic looking and they carry cute planners and journals as well.
I really like the artwork on display at the store, those are also for sale.
