FIRST OFF My PIZZA WAS COLD!
I came in to pick up my pizza and didn’t think I would end up writing a review about this place. I was waiting along with others to be helped the cashier looked at me and proceeded to ignore me that I was here for my pick up she took care of some customers before me but I was fine waiting a bit because I didn’t mind at first when she continued to ignore me I finally came up and told her I was here for pick up she did not say anything to me and had to have her coworker talk to me. Her coworker had to almost obligate her to take care of my pick up order cause all I basically had to do was pay. She took my card and then left me alone with my pizza without showing it to me and I left with a cold pizza.

Wow… these folks are stupid! Took them 8 rings to pick up the phone. Was immediately placed on hold. When the kid came back to take my order the first thing he asked was my phone number and after repeating it 3 times he still couldn’t get it right. I just hung up. This Pizza Hut has gone down the tubes. Go anywhere else.

The only place I get pizza from, & it’s also close to my house. I love there meat lovers pizza & they have great wings (with blue cheese). Always feels The boss man up!

We came with hungry kids and waited an hour and ten minutes for our cheese bread and one, of our two, pizzas. When we’d ask about our food we’d get an offhanded, «it’s coming». Half the group had finished the cheese bread AND their entire pizza and the second pizza still had not come out yet. After a total of an hour and thirty minutes we had had enough and told them we were leaving and not to worry about the 2^nd pizza.
Unbelievably slow service for mediocre food. DO NOT come here!!! You’ve been warned!

Every time i get these guys it sucks. Lets just say the experience sucked and dont go here for your own sake. Other pizza huts are better. Food sucks service sucks and is slow.

Ordered two pizzas for carry out. We loved both pizzas and would have gave 5 star; however, young lady working the counter was not wanting to be there. Her bad attitude takes my rating from a 5 to a 4.

This Pizza Hut has ok pizza/​food. The building itself is disgusting. The parking lot is a disaster and everything, and I mean everything, inside is worn down. The flooring in the dining room is coming up and filthy. The walls are in dire need of paint. The salad bar/​lunch buffet looks gross and have old, unappetizing decorations on top. Just go in there and really look around for a minute. That’s all it’ll take for you to agree. Come on Pizza Hut, I know you can re-​work this place! Just do it.

Undercooked pizza & bad service. I agree with the previous reviews. Pizza hut overall isn’t what it used to be

Would give it less but it won’t let me! I am no longer ordering from here! Most of my pizza slices had little or NO cheese! Lil Ceaser is better and it’s only $ 5.00!!! Not to mention it is not as greasy!!!

The staff that answers the phone at this particular location are very unprofessional. I called to place an order and a woman answered the phone, I told her I needed to place an order for delivery. She asked for my phone number and as I began to tell her she asks me to hold. Never actually putting me on hold but placing the phone down, I was on hold for about 5 minutes the whole time hearing another employee take and order. The two of them begin to have a conversation about a customer while I could hear everything. The woman comes back on the phone and takes my order, but shes was trying to rush me off the phone. This location needs to better train there staff in proper customer service. I’ve never had an issues with the actual pizza or breadsticks. Lets hope she focused enough to get my order correct.

No good. Take out service was not friendly. Pizza was undercooked. Little to no sauce on the pizza. Same with toppings, maybe 34 total pieces. Yes, I counted since the rest was inedible. If you like straight up, under cooked pizza dough, this is your place.

Good pizza. Friendly service. Routinely carry out from this location. However, the location is a little odd and the building is showing its age and needs renovation indoors. The lighting is also a little dark inside. Overall, decent Pizza Hut.
