Mirror Image

Love this place! Nancy (lady with the awesome purple hair) does my hair. Wouldnt trust anyone else to ever touch my hair. My hair is extremely curly and frizzy and was down to my butt until recently, I am Very picky about my hair it has to be perfect and exactly what i want. She does it perfect everytime. I ask for alot of detailed and complicated colors and color combinations with specific cuts and styles shes nailed it every time. If im not sure what i want she works with me to figure out just the right look for me. Ive gone from brown to fire red to hot pink and purple to blonde to auburn all custom mixed colors for me. The colors lasted longer and with minimal fading than any other products. Shes been doing hair for many years and stays up to date with all the styles and techniques. Ive been to other hair salons and stylists before none did the magic she does with my hair. She took my long frizzy curly hair n turned it into soft silky beautiful vibrant hair. Plus shes a very sweet and funny lady to talk to she always brightens my day. All the ladies in the shop are always friendly and offer free coffee. The nail tech is amazing i believe her name was lisa if i remember correctly. She did my nails and pedicure. Normally even with professional manicures nail polish never stays on my thin weak nails longer than a day before chipping. This lady made mine stay on for 2 weeks with out chipping and she didnt damage my nails it was very relaxing and nice talking with her she was very friendly and sweet. She is my go to person for manis and pedis! I go to this salon for hair nails and brow waxes, i walk out feeling much more refreshed and glamorous without going broke.

I had a horrible experience I got my hair cut here and they styled my hair all cute and curly. But when I got home and straightened it I noticed a little problem… My hair wasn’t even and she missed a spot on my length. Not to mention on this it says a haircut is $ 20, I went to check out and turns out it’s $ 38! I was not impressed

Great haircut and they were able to squeeze me in last minute. Even though it was the end of the day, my stylist definitely took her time and I didn’t feel rushed.

It’s always scary looking for a new place to get your hair done… and I was SO pleased with Mirror Image! It’s a cozy salon right off the main road that is well-​decorated and has a friendly, upbeat atmosphere.
I had my hair done by the owner, Tina, who was welcoming, answered all my questions, and was able to figure out exactly what I wanted even though I’m one of those dreaded hair customers who can never explain exactly what they want.
Tina worked quickly and efficiently, but I didn’t feel rushed or brushed over. I had a great conversation with her, and enjoyed the other ladies in the salon as well.
The prices were MORE than fair, and they give a 10% discount for new customers!
My hair looks and feels amazing, I can’t wait to go back!

Dropping in with a little update since I’ve officially had experience with a second current stylist at Mirror Image. I dropped in last weekend with my mom, siblings and a couple other gals to get our hair done for my sister’s wedding. The six of us (the bride, bridesmaids and mother of the bride) had our hair done by Kelly and Jessica (they each did three do’s).
Before arriving at the salon, I was a woman on a mission to make sure Kelly did my hair… since she’s the only stylist I knew at the salon. But of course, my mother and both sisters are also Kelly fans as well — and Kelly had already practiced with the other ladies’ hair and had a plan in place.
As soon as I saw Jessica start to work I knew I’d be okay. Just like Kelly, she was super competent and great with updos. My hair looked amazing! I got so many compliments on it.
Everyone else’s hair looked great too. All six of us entered the salon with varying degrees of knowing what we wanted… and the ladies did a amazing job either matching our requests or helping us find the perfect updo.
And the atmosphere was so nice, too. We ordered pastries and sandwiches from Felicia’s (next door) and sipped on mimosas during the three hours we were there. Even though I offered mimosas to both Kelly and Jessica, they both opted against champagne while working on our hair… probably the professional decision.
