Horrible… Horrible service here. Their drive thru mic was broken and instead of the manager taking initiative to have someone outside to take orders, they decide to hang a paper sign at a point to where you’re already pulled in into the drive thru. Poor management and rude employees. Find another Taco bell in the area and save yourself the time.

This review could have been easily avoided if the so-called Store Manager, Godwin, didn’t disregard our phone call and told the incompetent employee to take a message…‘he was too busy’. After all, it took 4 attempts to get the phone call to go through. It was ringing a fax or unable to be completed multiple times prior.
We were calling to express that we had received the incorrect items and overcharged since the guy clearly didn’t know what we wanted. The drive thru screen was not operating so we missed the fact that the items were incorrect until we got home. We also ordered the new Captain Crunch dessert balls which were disgusting. They were oil soaked and had no filling.
We will not be returning anytime soon which is an inconvenience since we live and work in the area.
The $$ we spent would have been better spent at Chipotle.

Best Mexican deal you can get. Great salsa, great chips and taco shells, great guac, perfect burritos… everything! Too bad they don’t sell beer or margaritas. I always ask for guac instead of sour cream on tacos and they oblige at no extra charge. I love Taco Bell.

I do enjoy a quick stop in and grab a couple of chicken baja chalupas from the bell. This is NOT the place for rush hour on route 3. The traffic is controlled by lights so you can get in and out but the last thing I want is to sit on route 3 any longer during the rush. However if they have come to gridlock and I want to wait it out I go for it in this little bell. The people are courteous and the drive through is clearly understood. There are plenty of other places near here so it also a good place to stop in if I am getting the other shopping done.
