Do not order the chicken tenders. Really dry and taste nasty. If you order at night, make sure the fries are fresh

Normally I have no problems with this place. The food is always fresh and hot. And I always use the drive thru. Well tonight I went about 8:30. The line for the drive thru had 4 cars waiting to order so I decided to go inside since nobody was in there. BIG MISTAKE… I waited for someone to take my order. When that finally happened I waited 10 min until I got my order. I get home and the food tasted like it was under a heat lamp awhile and then reheated. I just ordered onion rings and a ranch taco so you can imagine how that tasted reheated. I was very disappointed because I go to Jacks because they are supposed to make your food as you order. That’s why I have given 2 stars for poor service and food. Don’t think I’ll go back for a long while.

The fact that this one is right beside our house gets me in a lot of trouble. There have definitely been too many drunken visits. The marketing is genius; come on, how can you not crave those munchie meals? For the usual I always get their: tacos (just trust me), chicken sandwich (not the fancy spicy one), and egg rolls. Man those egg rolls with their sweet and sour have to be the best American egg rolls ever! When I’m feeling fancy, I go for the sourdough Jack. Maybe I’m a little crazy, but I grew up with Jack-​in-​the-​Box so it’ll always have a special place in my heart.

5 stars for Carlos bc he’s awesome and friendly and remembers when I show up at 2am w da munchies. He’s a cool dude otherwise it’s like any other jack. Fries are always freshhhhh and burning hot like they should be

Fucken retarded beaner manager. Bitch next time give me curly fries that aren’t refried and make sure to get my order right!!! And don’t get sassy cause you can’t do your job right

Yummy cheap food.

This place is absolutely ZERO in courtesy and/​or customer satisfaction. I just left the drive-​thru window and I feel compelled to write about them. First off, their drive-​thru screen is promoting their «bacon-​in-​your-​burger meal» (you know, the «moink» burger?), well when I arrived at it, the dude was like (EXACTLY in this manner): «we don’t have that anymore». Me: «But I’m looking at it in your menu». Him: «Well we don’t have it». Ok??? So I went with another option. Upon arriving at the pay/​pick-​up window; Him: «alright 11.74». That’s it. That’s all he said. Really? I don’t care if you’re having a bad day, or if your dog died, YOU have chosen to work here so DO NOT be rude!
Be familiar with what your restaurant is offering; so, if a customer comes asking for an item on YOUR menu, DO NOT be rude in telling them it isn’t available!
PS. This JUST happened. So blame goes to whoever is currently working the drive-​thru on this 04÷27÷14, 01:45 morning!

It’s fast food. Bacon insider was eh. Service was quick and polite but when it comes down to it its really not that unique but it served its purpose. This was posted with a belly full of semi-​tasty grease :)

Ate 2 tacos, some curly fries, and jalapeño poppers around 8pm last night.
Woke up feeling funny.
Now I’m literally vomiting as I write this review.
No one else in my group ate tacos.
I can’t recall the last time I had food poisoning.
I also go to this location all the time because I live down the street.
Never again.
Never ever again.
Administrators: I have no agenda to write a bad review for a place I frequent a lot.
I kid you not, I am vomiting 12 hour old jack in the box food that my stomach rejected because of its poison.

This Jack in the Box is close to my house. So it’s my go to place for a quick bite. I usually have nothing to complain about the service since the staff is super friendly. However there is this one guy there who regularly gets my order wrong. Every. Single. Time. :(so sad

Fast food is fast food, but everyone still comes to have their expectations of how they’d like their meal to come out. Tonight I visited this location with family. This was my first visit. For convince sake, we went through the drive-​thru to grab «dinner» for our hotel room. The attendant at the drive through window was thorough & repeated our order, plus the wait wasn’t very long. I ordered the grilled chicken strips combo with curly fries. The down side is my fries were cold & barely curled because they had been smashed by other meal items. Luckily though, I was still able to enjoy my chicken strips. I would’ve given this a 3 star rating based on not being completely satisfied, but since this is my first visit I’m trying to be fare & give this a 3.5.

Not a whole lot to say about this fairly large West Coast Chain Restaurant.
They do have a large and expansive menu of Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner items with Breakfast being served all day. They are known primarily as a Burger Restaurant, but feature pretty much everything under the sun.
Of special note is their fairly large drink selection here.
The place is kept spotless by their kind staff.
Dining in or going through the Drive Thru proves easy and painless.
They feature regular tables and plastic booths inside. While not necessarily one of their newer locations it certainly does not look dated inside.
There’s plenty of parking.
Their dining room is open daily till 12 a.m. while their drive thru stays open till 3 a.m.
This chain does not charge a fee to use a card.
** Of specific note is that their fairly new Waffle Breakfast Sandwich is a really pathetic answer to the Waffle Sandwich craze/​McGriddle. Sounds great, but suffers in bot portion size and execution itself. The waffles are mostly soft and non-​crunchy… Some crunch would be most fantastic.
FIle under: Eh… that’ll do… actually pretty well to please a variety of palates.

I love the taco’s from here. The people are fast with my food plus it is hot and fresh. This place is not to far from where I live so, I like it over some other olaces if I a close.

I was in the area and saw it sitting right there, right across the street from where I was. Almost like it was MEANT TO BE!!! I haven’t had Jack in the Box in 2 years! I crossed the street and it seemed like it was glowing as if I found the end of the road.
I was silently so excited becuz for some odd reason, I actually like their tacos even if I don’t really know what is inside of it. I’m okay with the fact…“what I DON’T know won’t kill me!” Let’s just keep it that way so my relationship can further grow with Jack!
I opened the door and was greeted by a manager or supervisor, super nice but not over-​the-​top creepy at all. The counter guy was super friendly and told me what their specials were. I opted for the New $ 3.99 Value Deal. Okay Jack, you totally read my mind (maybe thousands of other minds too) but what a GENIUS idea. I used to order each of the items solo anyways and was happy but to now have the opportunity to not have to say each item separately… I’m all for it. This is by far one of the BEST Jack in the Box for sure! The eating area was nice and clean and they kept coming out to refill, tidy up throughout my eating experience!

Now that’s perfect for portion control no??? It was perfect for me but I knew I had to go over board and order the 2 Tacos for 99 cents deal too. I was eye hungry, not really tummy hungry. I was stuffed! The counter guy was so nice, he gave me every sauce they had there. You know at the other Fast Food joints… you go and ask for a Ranch or Hot Mustard and they wanna charge you 25 cents! Not at Jack’s, I really appreciate Jack’s friendly staffs that really try to make your visit a pretty darn good one versus the other places! I will forever support you Jack. I’ll follow every taco, bite off any burger and munch away those fries for you any day. If that love is not enough, I’ll even take a shake for the team!
oh and btw… they serve anything, anytime, any day! How can you not fall in deep mad love with that concept!

jack n the box has the best staff/​service out of all the fast food spots.

Breakfast all day. More places need to do this. Drive thru isn’t as fast as McD and area can get congested in the weekday mornings due to the high school parents dropping their kids off

Jack in the box is an awesome end to a drunken night or a wonderful source of energy for the morning after a drunken night. Only issue is this particular location is not open 24 hours like some of the others. Food here, like at most fast-​food joints is mediocre unless accompanied by a hangover, then it hits the spot.
