I’m quite satisfied with this subway based on my three visits. I usually order through the phone before my lunch break. I get what I want without problems. Location’s a bit tiny, and parking can be a pain some of the times, but it’s nothing out of the ordinary. The employees seem to be kind, and my food tastes good. I can’t imagine where these complaints are coming from, but I consider myself lucky to have had positive experiences. Pros: +Takes orders through phone +Checkout is a breeze +Good food Cons: –Parking

This is the worst Subway ever. On 4 different occasions I’ve tried to have breakfast. I arrive well after opening but the oven is never ready. What the hell? The sandwich artist has suggested she put my flat bread in the microwave. I want it toasted not soggy. They stall with pleasantries like«only cash the computer is down». I pay for my 20min sandwich and drink but no ice tea. What? They don’t make it until after 9 because it goes bad. It’s unsweetened ice tea. How does it go bad if you make it at 6am or 9am? The thing that sucks the most is that this guy owns all 4 early morning Subways in my area. This was officially my last visit to this location. Oh and maybe if your employees turned on the oven when they got in instead of using their cell phone maybe the oven would be ready for your customers. Just a suggestion.

I’m so disappointed with this location. I came at 9:30am — after the open time 3 and a half hour. And there is no tea, no lemonade, no suggest for a coffee when i buy before 11am.

I did not buy a sandwich today. This is my normal subway location but today the girl who was making my sandwich dropped the knife on the floor, picked it up and continued to cut my bread. I had to stop her and another employee saw what she did and made her stop cutting. The girl who messed up looked confused. On top of that, I had taken the last honey oat bread and was told I had to wait 10 more minutes for the bread. I walked out. Hope the manager reads this and educates his employees on food safety so I can feel good about going back again.

SW side of Chapman & Euclid(yeah I got that right actually as they’ve changed addressses) hence this review! I normally wouldn’t bother writing a review for a Subway because frankly most people have had it and are aware of the experience, however… The company made a great decision from both a business standpoint and convenience to the consumer standpoint. First thing is the experience was great here for both the food and the service thank goodness. Most of all though they moved locations from the NE corner of Chapman & Euclid with the über tiny parking lot that cannot ever be expanded where parking is truly a cluster f**k and people finally say«eff it» and start parking next to red curbs and almost striking others… Now they are in a more dated center, but once you step inside it’s a whole different ballgame as one is treated to Subway’s updated looks. It’s almost as if the tornado has swept you away to «Munchkin Land!» There is more than enough parking over here in the Ralph’s Shopping area giving one a breath of fresh air.

I had a craving for a meatball sandwich late last night. I Unilocaled subways near my house and this one closes at 10. It was 9:30 and I got there by 9:40. I walk in and all of the chairs are up and the male worker is obviously trying to clean and leave. Me: «I want a foot long meatball sandwich». Worker: «Um, we are out of meatball». Me: «I want a foot long steak and cheese». Worker: «Um, we don’t have any hot sandwiches». Me: «Really? What do you have then?» Worker: Looks at the meat selection behind him on rack. «I can do cold cuts» I look down at the glass counter and all of the veggies are already put away, no meat, only the condiments. Obviously, this idiot wants to go home early. I walk out. He yells, «Sorry.» I hope the manager of this store reads this and fires this idiot. If the sign says it closes at 10, the food better be out until 10, then you close up. It was 9:40. If you are out of meatball, go in the back and heat some up. Take the extra step and make the customer happy. That’s business rule 101. This place has lost my business and of course I can’t recommend this place to anyone.

If you like fresh and full sandwiches DONOT go to this subway. Tonight we got Subway for dinner and I sent my friend out to get it since I’m not feeling well. When she returned the bread was stale, the lettuce and tomatoes were limp, the apples were rotten in my son’s bag and there was barely any lettuce. I asked her which location she went to and this was it. My family had sworn off this location for this very reason. I’d much rather go to the Subway on Euclid/Garden Grove or Chapman/Brookhurst and get what I pay for. I don’t care if I have to repeat myself I just want a good sandwich worth paying for. You want more limp lettuce? You’ll have to pay extra. Not only am I writing this review but I am next going to the Subway website to file a complaint. Not only does this location gives Subway a bad name but the owner makes it worse. She acts as if she is counting every little shred of lettuce and appears to delight in the fact that she’s being so stingy. The workers who work for her seem to be nice but obviously have to obey her because she’s watching like a hawk while she counts each lettuce!

We went in to pick up dinner for my family. So naturally it was somewhat of a large order. We asked for 5 foot longs, all on honey oat. 2 tunas, 1 over roasted chicken breast, 1 cold cut combo, and 1 veggie delite. There were two sandwich artists helping us. One was really nice, the other was not. The sandwiches are good. the service was so-so. I guess it depends on who you get.
