McDonald’s

I just left two minutes ago very rude employees on the second window in the drive-​through.
She just hangs over the food and says here. Then she tries to give me three parfait’s individually and I asked for a bag and she gave me a face squinting her lips.
If you are having a bad day take a day off otherwise suck it up.
Managers don’t put your route employees in the drive-​through it will ruin customers day.

Good McDonald’s. Fast and friendly service. Food as expected, but I had bought food on ⁵⁄₁₉ and only got half of the box of fries filled. I called and they took my name down. I went in ⁵⁄₂₀ and was able to get my full order of fries. Thank you Jocelyn for all your help.

Can I give negative stars? This location has the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. I get it. Working fast food sucks! But everyone who works here has the worst attitude. No one greets you when you walk in or go through the drive thru. I tried to add an item to my order, and the girl working drive thru cut me off and told me that my order was already complete. Seriously? Who trains these people?!

This place is best visited during non-​weekdays when the school next door is not in session. Not only is the shared parking lot with the school super packed, but the spaces are tiny! The spaces are made to fit Mini Coopers only :-) ha ha ha…

This McDonald’s ain’t good. Lines take awhile at night and I’ve had many times where they screw up my order. I asked for a buttermilk chicken sandwich and they gave me a chicken sandwich with sesame seed buns: chicken and lettuce, that’s it… no mayo or tomatoe, TWICE! That playground looks dusty and its pretty small inside. Not all the workers are rude, but there are few that will give attitude. Someone was packing heat and shot up mickey ds on western, but they still booming. It be looking phresh (they aint healthy like subway) with that new remodeling. It is what it is, they lackin here.

This place sucks if you want to be treated with attitude and leave unsatisfied then this is your place but if you want good service and don’t want your food thrown in your bag then go elsewhere!

First time going to a McDonalds in several years. Only stopped here cause I needed a quick bite… Boy do I wish I went somewhere else. After eating a sirloin burger I had food poisoning for two days. I should have read the other Unilocal reviews before stopping here.

The girl just stopped taking my order in drive through. I wasn’t even done talking lol.

This MCDONALD location skimp out big time on my fries! I ordered a Large and it was only ¾th filled. Disappointed ! Rip off!

Went to McDonalds to try their Sirloin Burgers because they look so good. Completely dissatisfied. Don’t waste your money because one sandwich costs $ 5.71 and was so dry and tasteless meat that tasted like it had been sitting in the food tray for awhile. Go to Carl’s Jr. better where they make their burgers fresh.
I ordered the Bacon & Cheese, looks nothing like the picture. The burger was so flat and dry I almost forgot they gave me the wrong sandwich.

This mcdonalds is right next to my school concorde career college. It’s convenient because if I didn’t bring any food with me then I can just stop by here real quick and grab something. I know, nothing is healthy here even the so called healthy food but if you don’t have a choice then you gotta buy it. This place is fairly clean, I never have a problem with anything here. Probably the only downside to this place is that most of the workers here are not happy, and I don’t blame them. I also work minimum wage and having to deal with customers who don’t care for your existence really makes it hard to even smile.

I usually don’t have a problem with these guys, but lately my husband will stop in to get me a hot fudge Sunday and they are out of ice cream almost EVERY time. That irks me.
I feel like they should be better prepared.
That is my only compliant, but in my world, not having ice cream when I want it, makes for a cranky wife.
Wienershnitzl is has better sundaes. I don’t know why I haven’t been sending hubby there all along;)

Horrible service. I ordered a 40 piece chicken nugget pack for a road trip and gave me only 3 dipping sauces when I asked for a whole bunch. Their French fries were old and stale, they got our order wrong and forgot my ice coffee. When they finally gave my ice coffee is was drenched, wet and sticky. Get your act together McDonalds. Your food is not that good for me to be coming back after your employees butcher my order.

McDonalds are like Starbucks, there is one every few miles. Well it just happens to be this location in particular is a real dump, and has the worst staff ever.
Now I understand it is McDonalds, and that to the people working there it is just a «MCJOB», but that doesn’t negate the simple human desire to have some pride and dignity in your job, and treat people with common courtesy. With that being said this location’s staff are just a bunch of snotty bastards. I can’t count how many times my order here has been wrong, overcharged, and most of all been treated like I am bastard just because I ask for a few BBQ sauce packets, after spending $ 10+ bucks.
To the management here, shame on you! Avoid this location!

They have videogames here and thats the only good thing here. This place used to be so clean and lively. Now its just dirty and filled with annoy teenagers from junior high and high school who apparently have no manners or hygienes. Where are the employees to clean this up? Well then again, I understand how tough it is for about 4 or 5 people to clean up after dozens and dozens of rowdy teenagers (I sound so old lol). I remember back when this Mickey D’s first open, it was the best of its kind. Now, eh… I wouldn’t even step foot into this one anymore until I see more cleanliness (good example of a clean McDonald’s, check Harbor and Lampson).

This McDonalds is by my 2 year old’s daycare, so he frequents here often to play in the playhouse… its nicely air conditioned too! :)
The down and dirty:
The actual playground area is sort of dirty on the inside since no one crawls into it other than the kids. The outside area and everything at ground level actually is cleaned; I witnessed it with my own eyes… wondering if someone tossed their cookies. There’s a shoe caddy that is suggested but not enforced. Also not enforced is the children. I guess that goes along with the parents though. There’s always some raggedy looking parent that has the kid they let run amuk.
The silver lining:
The kids get their energy out and the parents can get their calorie splurge on. I personally feel like my worrying while simultaneously eating a strawberry sundae evens itself out. :)
Regarding just the food, I’ve gotten a cold burger once but I typically don’t order anything other than a random fry or dessert. My son’s fries are always crisp and he’s happy with their nuggets and apples.

This McDonald’s blows poor service, slow, dirty. The only reason I come here because it’s walking distance.

When I walked in, it was packed with Seniors gathering and spending their day here like it was a library or social club. Typical gathering at McDonalds but this one is really bad since the parking is limited and a most can’t drive so be cautious! One Vietnamese man almost backed into my car and I had to lay on my horn to have him stop! He gave me the typical «oooh soo Sorrry» wave and drove off. Limited seating inside but the workers were slow and just hanging out. The girl gave me a cup for my drink with stains on the outside from coffee… I refused to take it and asked another one. They have so many workers but results of one person working. This is terrible place and I give it half star.
Very slow and poor service. This place can use a make over or a good cleaning.

Ok, it was the Strawberry Festival and not wanting to subject myself in a dirty port-​a-​potty at the festival, I thought it would be the smart thing to walk into McD’s, pick up an iced coffee, and use the facilities.
As I stepped in, something was a bit off… first of all, the one urinal was covered in a trash bag, that was the first thing you see as you enter. Next, there was a giggling singing duet going on in the one toilet. As I turned the corner I see this big ass dude on his tippy toes, leaning up against the counter and the sound of spraying piss (he was obviously missing the intended target). Oh, and it gets worse…
I run out of there, disgusted at what I saw and feel dirtier than when I walked in, hoping I didn’t get any backsplash on me. So I keep my eye on the door and that dude who defaced the sink briskly walks out, a combination of sweat and urine on his shirt, and heads out the door — a clean getaway. Next some Mexican dude walks out and looks pissed! No pun intended. He must have used the newly christened sink.
I go over to the manager and tell him that some dude urinated in the sink. He sends in an older Asian lady to clean up the mess. She gets her spray bottle, gloves, and a wad of napkins. She must have been in and out of there under a minute with the soiled napkins in one hand and the bottle in the other.
Here is the worse part… She puts the soiled napkins on the trays that are stacked on the trash bins! Yes, the same trays that they serve the food! Along with the gloves and spray bottle. Also a minute is no way near the time needed to clean up pee on a sink, under the handles, crevices, etc. And is that anti-​bacterial spray that they use to wipe down sinks? Anyone know?
Disgusting. I’ll never go here again.

I come to this McDonalds for only one thing. A large pineapple mango smoothie.
I usually go through the drive through, but the line was outrageously long, so in hopes of a shorter line, I went inside. The line was about 3 – 4 people long. Not bad, but what I noticed was disgusting. Dirty floors, dirty tables, dirty counter top, and employees who would rather talk to each other than do their jobs. Sigh! I ordered my smoothie and a snack sized parfait to go. Easy order, right? Nope. I waited about 15 minutes for them. The woman making the smoothie only had to touch a button for it to produce… parfaits are in the fridge. Why is this taking 15 minutes!!!
Lastly, there was a girl… who picked her ear and wiggled it around, then proceeded to handle the fries with no gloves. I’m never eating anything that needs to be assembled by hands here. Drinks and premade menu items only!
