Ok so I was in need of a mani pedi fast… so decided to try out this place… first of all… the offer of 1 off and 2 free designs is not true… I asked and lady told me that was long time ago… ok whatever… lady who did my fingernails very nice and chatty… now lady doing my toes was very grouchy… it’s been one day after my the nail Polish has chipped off my fingernails (as u can see on pic)…my toe nails… well lady became upset when I told her I wanted her to cut more and not just file. She said, you want to cut? They small already! Ok im paying for a service right? So just cut!!! Not only that… I noticed when I got home that she had also painted part of my skin… really? I mean I can do that too… but I wanted a better job thus I went to get it done! Anywho, would not recommend and would definitely not go back!!!

Terrible place. I have been there Manny time. Because it’s cheap and close to where I live. Big Mistske!. Rude people, unprofessional mani pedi. Waste of time and money. If u r not pucky– it’s the place for you. If u like a long lasting mani pedi with great service go to honey nails on Wilshire at beverly hills. 25 mani pedi. One of the best u will ever get. Ask for stephan.

I will never come back to this nail shop. They have the Visa logo sign so I used my card and the owner tells me to bring cash next time and I said if you are going tell me how to pay then I will not come back. Then her customer decided to tell me I took it the wrong way. How do you take it the wrong when they are telling how I can pay when you have a credit card machine? If this how they treat first time customers then I will never come back. The pedicure service was not that great.

Worst place I have ever been to. The lady was working with me and 2 other people at the same time and was in a rush doing everything I did not like my nails and will not be going back again!

Tina is the best!!! My French tip nails are always done perfect. Tina is the best is the South Bay Area. Service is always excellent by all the staff at BJ nails. My eyebrows are always waxed nice and neat. I’ve never encountered any problems when I go and I’m always happy when I leave with the devices they provide.

I’ve been coming here for several years and I’ve used a couple of ladies but my favorite person nail stylist is Jasmine she is so creative with her designs… you can show her a picture of what you want and you will be plesse. Tina is Jasmine’s sister and she also has a regular cliental but I can vouch for Jasmine mostly because she is who I go to. Jasmine is sooooo pleasant to talk with we talk about everything. I enjoy getting good service. Its under a differ management but some of the same people and they just received new chairs also. They do eyebrow, lashes etc.

Had to review just because my experience was really good and different from the other reviews. I think what a previous reviewer said about being under new ownership because my experience was so good. I love how my nails came out and the customer service was phenomenal. Jasmine and Tina are really kind and good at what they do.
I’ll update in a while to see how long my nails hold up.

I hated this nail salon. I had come here previously and the work was average and the customer service horrendous. HOWEVER, this location is now under new ownership and the difference is noticeable! Tina and Jasmine are beyond nice and more importantly their nail work is excellent. I have come here now half a dozen times and have enjoyed each visit. All ye mates of days past that had abanoned this place… Come on back and enjoy excellent pampering and great service.

I’ve been coming here on and off now for a few years. One thing that’s never changed is how uncomfortable they make me feel.
I know at a lot of salons the workers are really close and talk amongst themselves in their language… But cmon! One time this lady was telling me «oh nothing hunny my friend say you have bad callus on your feet take it off»
Not even suggesting a callus scrub, but telling me instead. No.
Excuse me. I paid for a pedicure can you just do that?
Little things like that irk me. There’s one lady there I believe her name is Lisa? She’s amazing. If you’re into designs and all that she’s your go to girl.
Only girl to go to actually. The rest are rude and money hungry.
