Jack in the Box

This place serves as a good drive thru option. However, I do not like dining in here, as sometime they have some sketchy characters.
My favourite item on the menu is the grilled chicken teriyaki bowl. This locations usually puts a good portion of chicken, and the bowl is actually a well-​balanced meal. Second best is the grilled chicken pita. It is a low-​calorie option to hold you over until a bigger meal presents itself.
This place is open 24-​hours, which is convenient for me when I’m coming back from other parts of LA. I haven’t set foot inside this place for years, but the drive thru keeps me happy.

Best thing about Jack is the all day breakfast option. It’s a Jack in the Box. You already know what your getting so Im not sure why there are so many complainers. One thing they have going for them is their 100 Coca-​Cola choice machine, full of anything and anything one would drink.
Easy access, located at the end of the 91 freeway on your right hand side near KK. I have always had friendly service here. I am often in the area for events and get sent here with multiple food orders for the guys and Ive never had an issue.

If I could give 0.5 stars, I would. We came in to the Jack in the Box during lunch on Sunday. Upon walking in, one of the staff members that takes orders was texting on her phone. The manager came to the window and took our order.
The drink station was dirty and sticky. The tables were dirty.
Why is it that people go to work but the don’t work? I think they go to work so they can get paid doing nothing.
I had a taco that was warm.
Bottom line is that this Jack in the Box probably represents the best in Jack in the Box. I’m being sarcastic…

Every time I order at the drive thru I’m in and fast and my it order is correct ., and some of the staff know Me and let me know it’s been a long time comming in

I’ve stopped by this place 3 times after work and it has never been disappointing, with the exception of the one time I tried the buttery burger. I was not a fan of that one, but if you like that buttery taste knock yourself out. Anyways, the times I been here I done drive thru and gotten a jumbo jack with cheese, grilled onions, and extra pickles. I throw some hot taco sauce in there and take it for the road. It taste better than the jack in the box by my house. Or maybe it’s just that I was hella hungry.

The drive through here is absolutely terrible. They make you wait forever to take your order, there are tons of cars waiting in line, and you still have to wait for your food when you get up to the window! And even worse, three walls of the building are windows so you can see everything going on inside! 3 – 5 people are usually working and of them, only 2 – 3 of them are actually doing anything while the others are LITERALLY standing around doing nothing! Completely ridiculous! The last time I was here, my boyfriend had enough time to get out of the car and walk across the parking lot to purchase cigarettes from the gas station and we hadn’t moved in the drive through STILL! Unfortunately, it’s the closest jack in the box to my house, so if we get a craving, we either suffer and deal with the terrible service or don’t have jack in the box!

Okay so ordered via drive thru, paid for my meal #25 sausage croissant, hash brown, medium coke w/​small curly fries and 10 piece churro. The drive thru had a beer bottle in it just in the way of the window. Needs to clean more frequently. Received my bag and drink and drove home. The food all accounted for and just prepared so still hot. (I open my «Secret Sauce» packed and even in my dim lighting I think it looks different, maybe even bad. But thought naahh it can’t be bad they keep it in the fridge cause it with spoil if left out.” NOPE! Took a bite and tasted wrong YUCK!!! Nasty it was bad I turn the lights on so I can see it, disgusting I spit my fries in a napkin hope I don’t get sick!!! I think I will drive to another one next time…

Bad service a few people got wrong order no ice on the machine and the worst we got cold coffee like 3 people complain about it.

I literally waited 15 minutes in my car, in the drive-​thru line. When I finally got to the intercom to order my meal, I had to wait another few minutes for the cashier to take my order.
After waiting for ANOTHER 5 minutes, the car line did not budge. The 2 cars behind me left. I decided to do the same.
Jack-​in-​the-​box food is not worth a 20 minute wait.

Called and asked if they accept visa debit gift cards the guy mumbles a word under his breath and hangs up before I could get a word out. I call back and the douche doesnt even answer the phone. Other than that food is ok the ladies at the drive thru aren’t to bad at this location

Stooped in to get a refill on the Sosa I purchased about 45 minutes ago and the machine was off and I asked the worke r to turn it on please and she looked at me and walked away. Again the manager was standing there with a dumb look on her fave and didn’t say or do anything. Jack in the box is the worst of the worst. Not only is their food poor the service is even worse. Burger king was the bottom of the barrel for me in fast food now I have to say that Jack in the Box outdid them. Congrats guys you suck!!! It all starts with upper management too so they are to blame.

Good place for a quick average to slightly above average burger. Don’t like their fries anymore (I prefer In-​N-​Out fries and even McDonald’s fries to Jack’s) but many people do seem to like the crispier fries they now serve.
Fountain drinks with free refills is always a plus with me.

I’m usually here for the 9PM Munchie Deal.
Dine-​In: The place is always clean and feels very open. No problems with ordering.
Drive-​Thru: About 80% of the time, I would have to either repeat myself or ask them to repeat themselves due to inability to understand what was said. But most of the time my order has been correct in the end.
Food: It’s always been a hit and miss for me. There are times when I feel that my burger was just thrown together and not. Portions such as french fries has always been consistent each time though.
Since I’m reviewing the Munchie deal, I highly recommend trying the new Chicken-​Tater or the Loaded Nuggets. Also, I really wish they just served this ²⁴⁄₇ instead of late at night.
I’d expect nothing too fancy anyways, lol.

idk why but there fries aren’t true to size. i asked for regular fries and got a small asked for a medium and i got the same amount i get in small in a medium sized container. i love fries so this always pisses me off. also they don’t always get the order right and the food is always colder than expected

Another stop when a snack is needed. This place is super quick and always accurate. I don’t I have had a single experience here that was negative. When its busy, the drive thru can be a bit daunting, but the line always moves quickly! the staff is always friendly and accomidating

Drive thru late dinner. Was fast and efficient then again it was a Tuesday night. I usually come to this one, haven’t had any issues with this location.
