This place is pretty inconsistent on the delivery and got my order wrong because their menu doesn’t sync with the online menu. Delivery driver was a good guy though and the food was decent even though it wasn’t what I ordered.

This place used to be a go to. I don’t know if it has changed ownership or what but they never get the order correct, when you call it feels like you’re talking to youreself or the person is just too high to function. I live literally 7 mins away from the place and it takes more thank an hour &20 mins. Tonight I called to notify them food was made incorrectly and after spending forever in silence the young man offered to replace it within 20 mins and of course it took an hour. My poor hubby literally waited 2 hours and 20 mins for a plain pastrami sandwich. They barely cared enough to apologize.

If your going to use EAT24 as a delivery for this restaurant. Don’t bother. Apparently there’s an invisible time frame they stop picking up phone calls. When clearly mark open for business until 2am.

This place has good food. However they are the worst with customer service and delivery. It normally takes them an hour to deliver food. Today we waited TWO hours and never received our food. We tried called multiple times and no answer. I resorted to calling EAT24(where I ordered through) and they were able to get ahold of the owner. After about 20min of waiting for the restaurant to get back to me, the manager called saying the delivery guy messed up. Apparently our $ 65 order was delivered to the wrong place. How do you deliver that much food to the wrong place? I guess the delivery guys friends were hungry. I expected to at least receive a phone call or at least answer your phone. We were able to cancel our order(hopefully, still waiting for a refund) and will NOT be ordering from here again. If we wanted to keep our order they said it would take another hour! An hour to make sandwiches??? I wish this place was still owned by the old owner. Maybe then we would have received our food, or at least some decent customer service. Every order prior to this has been about the same dollar amount. I am very disappointed in this restaurant. At the very least ANSWERYOURPHONE!!! We tried calling four times and even EAT24 couldn’t get through. Thank goodness EAT24 had the owners number. Now time to find a place that doesn’t suck. Update: not only did they screw up my order, but they didn’t even refund me right away. I had to call back the following day and request that they refund me! If you screw up an order and receive and cancelation, you should cancel and refund it right away! Worst customer service!

Things have changed here… obviously a the new owner thought they would piggy back off or POPix popularity, and slowly yet surely change things… bad idea… The food is now sub par, the service is less than that. I picked food up last night, only to return home and find out they made my sandwich incorrectly. on top off that, the new owners do not make it as well as its original creators… they have lost a customer, and pissed off a loyal patron… don’t go to Ppg/Los Adobes

This use to be a very good to eat a place me and my significant other came here to purchase their teriyaki burger and we visit like four days ago and it looks like they’re going under new management which is very disappointing because the previous owner seemed like they knew what they were cooking. The new management folks looks like they’re trying to cook the same things on the menu plus Mexican food so four days ago I ordered buffalo wings, a pastrami burger and Asada fries and let me tell you that the food did not have any seasoning at all! Matter fact my buffalo wings was mixed with mayonnaise and Tapitio like that’s no way to make buffalo wings! Yuck! The burger was decent least. I’m sad that this place is going down the drain.

The food is amazing! However they have new owners and they repainted the whole which captured the whole essence of POPix. It’s more lack luster vibe now. But the food and service is still amazing 5star

My husband ate food from here once via eat 24 and said it was great. He convinced me to try it. First strike – the order was very delayed(80 min). Second strike – my Chinese chicken salad came without wontons. Despite it being an item listed as in the salad on their menu. No other crunchy item was in its place. And what *was* there, when my salad arrived? Watery, unseasoned blah orange slices(not mandarin oranges), chicken and lettuce. Other issues?(A collective 3rd strike) the rest of the food was blah, our mozzarella sticks arrived with ranch(not a huge deal but usually they are served with marinara?), and my husband’s steak sandwich had about half the meat it had on it the first time he got it. Very disappointing and we won’t order from here again. Two stars vs one because the mozzarella sticks were good and the sandwich, despite it being paltry, was tasty.

Just ordered delivery from here for all my employees at work, via Eat24. Took forever to deliver, and when they did, one of the burgers was all wrong. I thought it wouldn’t be a big deal, I’ll call and they’ll bring me the correct one and that one person would just have to wait a little longer for his burger. It took 5 tries to get through to someone there, the first 4 times the phone just kept ringing. Then, the person who finally answered the phone had no clue what was going on. He looked at my order history, saw the notes on what I wanted on the burger, and he just said«umm…» a lot, followed by, «I don’t know, the owner isn’t here right now…» So I suggested, well — I’m not that far, can you please just remake the burger and bring it over? He puts me on hold and yells to someone and the woman says no because they’re too busy. What?! They said they would just refund me, but that was 3 hours ago and I have yet to see any refund activity on my paypal. And to boot, the burgers that were correct, were not even that good. I won’t be ordering from them again.

What… in the ENTIRE F**K…YESTERDAY, I ordered the $ 33 worth of food via Unilocal and I still don’t have the food!!! Lmao. After about a couple of hours, I decided to call and after a few rings, I got a basic answering machine… «Leave a message…». No intro, no «thanks for calling Pita Popix…»…just«Leave a message…» I’ve since gone to work, had a different meal, went to the gym and woke up to a new damn day!!! A day later,(today) I had Unilocal refund my money. I don’t think Pita Popix is aware they HAD and LOST an order. Now it’s a waiting game. Will I get the food or the refund first?

I have had this place twice now. The first time was great! Which is why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1. Now let me tell you about my experience today that brought a more than likely 4 star rating down to 2. My office mate and I ordered the Pita Popix Pita and a Gyro. Because this was my second time ordering delivery, I had a 10% off coupon if I ordered online. I did so seamlessly. Then, I get a call 10 minutes later saying they had ran out meat for the Gyro. Ok. The gentleman offered chicken to replace the meat but my colleague is allergic to poultry(sad story, I know). So then he agreed to the Pita me and another colleague were getting. An hour goes by… nothing… …20 more minutes. nothing… So I call(politely) to ask where my order is. The guy says it just left. Hmm ok. I look up the location. Good. Just less than 5 miles. Should be here in 15 minutes… Nope. 35 minutes later I call back saying I haven’t received my order yet. Guy: «Oh my god! Really? Here’s his number, his name is Victor» Me: «Uhm… can you call him? Or is there someone else I can speak to? Like a manager?» Guy: «No I’m the only one with some helpers. Just give him a call» So I call the number and ask for Victor. He’s nice. He apologizes and says he’s a new driver. I get it, but I’m still upset. He brings up the food and says the next meal is on him the next time. Not sure if that was a serious offer or if he even has the authority to do so but my issue is not with him. It was the guy who I spoke to on the phone AND the fact that the pita left a really disgusting taste in my mouth. I will not be ordering from here again and I’m sure my colleagues feel the same.

Ok so I ordered a garlic chicken pita sandwich with NO pickles and a Cesar salad. My sandwich had TONS of pickles, which I had to pick through, and the Cesar salad was made with thinly shredded Iceberg lettuce. No Romaine or Parmesan cheese as the description states. I realize that I may be a little more picky than the average person, but I really do not like Iceberg lettuce salads, especially if it’s shredded to the width of paper! The sandwich was also super greasy. I would be more mad had it not been 12:30 in the morning and the only place that delivers in my area at that time. Note to owner: please have your cooks follow directions more closely next time. If I say NO pickles, hold the freakin pickles AND please prepare food as the description states. If you’re advertising a Cesar salad with Romaine lettuce and Parmesan cheese, then make the salad with Romaine lettuce and Parmesan cheese! Or at least give a courtesy call and tell me you ran out of the necessary ingredients and would I be ok with a substitution. Overall I really want to like this place– it’s the only place open late in my area and they deliver, hence the 2 stars. But for the love of God, please follow instructions and stick to your menu descriptions. Also, hold off on some of the grease. That’s the last thing anyone needs at 12 in the morning. I’m rooting for you guys. Please get it together! P. S. Your delivery driver was super friendly and respectful!

Ordered off eat24 for a delivery about an hour out. Delivery time rolls around + an additional 15 minutes grace period with no sign of order coming through. Called — no answer. Contacted Eat24 who was slammed with responses. Called Pita Popix 4 more times within 30 minutes, and left a message with no response. Eat24 finally got back to me, they tried to call as well — NO answer. Ended up reordering from another Pita and Kebab place with no issues. Extremely unprofessional to not even answer a voicemail that was left. If you are unable to fulfill online orders, don’t have that as an option or listing on a website like Eat24.

I was looking forward to eating some food here because of the Unilocal Reviews. HUGEDISAPPOINTMENT! We ordered online for pick up and we pretty much received our food on time. Food: Steak Fries — 1⁄5. HORRIBLE. The fries were stale and soggy. Not even hot. It was just topped with cheese and steak. The steak and the whole thing is dry and bland. Adding tons of sauce did not help. We pretty much had to throw it away. Come on… how can you screw up fries?! Popix Steak Sandwich — 2⁄5. Slightly better than the fries but the sandwich had WAY too much sauce. The sauce had a chalky texture too! Also, the sauteed onions were soft but did not pull apart easily. In fact, the onions tasted old. Popix Burger — 3.5÷5. The burger was very well-seasoned. It had the right amount of sauce too. It’s expensive and pretty heavy! Pastrami Sandwich. I didn’t eat it but I heard it wasn’t good. The pastrami isn’t that great. I don’t know how this place has 4 stars.

Still went here despite the«long wait» reviews. And yes they’re true. Came here late at night on Wednesday. Bf thought the location was ghetto. Inside was cool. Walls filled with graffiti art, string lights and theres a gallery on the hallway otw to the restroom. Main goal was to try the popix steak pita. Bf got that and I got chicken caesar pita, and steak fries to share. Waited for about 20−30mins for steak fries. Tried to wait for the pitas so we can take a picture lol but it took 10−15mins to get on our table HIGHLYSUGGESTTOCALLINYOURORDERBEFOREARRIVING especially for dine-in so you dont have to wait for so loooonnnggg. Overall, 4 stars for the graffiti art & the food

They took 35 min to make my order with just me in the place.. As the guy handed me my food, he said ‘I included a menu so next time you can call in and you won’t have to wait so long’. Really? I didn’t call in But it’s 150AM and there’s nobody placing orders but me. Food Chicken kabob pita combo w/seasoned fries 11.99.Out the door. There was this strange sauce that was on the sandwich that reminded me of thousand island dressing, garlic sauce, and sweet pickles. I simply can not put into words how wrong this combo was. It rendered the sandwich inedible to me. The fries were the same way INEDIBLE! Just way over seasoned. No amount of ketchup could save them! Ooh and to make my combo worth even less, most of the flavors in the soda machine were broken and it was out of ice! It being late is no excuse, if you’re open till 3, you serve quality food till the door shuts! Big No, Staff smoking in front filling the restaurant with awful cig smoke! Final-Won’t be back!
