Carson Valley Heating

it’s 4:45 on Thursday and the heater at the rental house is on the fritz. I know of no one to call and the new tenants are moving in and have no heat. I go to the computer and find Carson Valley Heating which is close to the rental house. I give them a call and Tommy answers. He tells me he is booked for the rest of the evening and for the next morning, but can go out to the house in the afternoon. He also said if the tenant is savvy, he could try to walk them thru a couple of fixes. Tenant calls Tommy and the problem can’t be resolved over the phone. It is going to be a cold night. Next call is from Tommy. He tells me he is on his way over to the house to see if he can get the heat on. Long story short, this is my new heating guy! Tommy not only puts my tenants needs first, he goes over there after hours, and before he leaves, the furnance is cranking out the warmth! I know the furnance will need to be replaced before next Fall and I know who is going to be doing the job… Tommy! Thank you for your excellent coustomer service, you rock!
