If you like salt this is the place to go. The kids that work here are more interested in their FaceBook or messages than the customers!
Chicken is often cooked to the point that white meat is dry and stringy. Pot Pies taste good but twenty minutes later you need to be near a restroom. Chicken must be mishandled.
I love most KFC’s and I have been consistently disappointed for the last nine years in the food from this store. I get upset with myself every time I give them another try.
This KFC has no real management! The only thing that keeps them open is the suckers that are passing through Town on the way to California. If you choose to eat their food make sure can buy an extra drink to deal with all the SALT!
I’d rather go to the feed store and buy a SALT LICK than go back to this KFC!

Ugh went in last night and order a famous bowl no corn extra gravy 3 biscuits large drink and mac n cheese! Mac n cheese was missing no gravy and biscuits were cold really ppl! We went back in to let them know she says opps sorry we threw everything out already smh im complaining today when i find out what time they open plus they were snobs not good for business

Screw this place. I am done with this KFC for good. Every time I go here the less than competent employees mess up my order how hard is it to really look at an order? Im tired of being charged for items I order and don’t receive and going back to this place to get my food!
If you plan to go here god forbid you order more than one item!!!

Darn it, they messed up my drive thru order. I called the manager and they offered me a 2 piece meal, that’s lees than then cost of the missing items. I really am getting tired of this place.

Nothing but problems, I have been left sitting at the drive-​thru window for 5 minutes or longer before even being acknowledged… I have had them overcharge my credit card by $ 20 and then never could get ahold of a manager (I called 5 times over 3 days) so my bank had to take my money back. I have gotten original when I ordered crispy or vice versa, have been given wrong side dishes. Just a bad excuse for a KFC. I will go to Tahoe or Carson City if im jonesing for some KFC.

The food is good, however if you go through the drive thru and you are ordering more than one thing, beware! Check your order or they will forget or leave something out. It happens to me and my friends all the time.
