I took my car in on a Monday. Was told the work would take 9 days. I was gone for 2 weeks (14 work days) and when I got back, it still wasn’t ready. Had to wait until the end of the next day to get the car. They knew I was going to be gone so, I guess just didn’t do the work. The bill came to my deductible over the original estimate.
I will not go there again.

I’ve read the other reviews of Norris Autobody and I simply can’t believe what folks are saying. Over the past two years, I have had work done at this place two times now and have been exceptionally pleased with the quality of work as well as their customer relations. Both repairs I’ve had done were completed on-​time as promised. The pricing of the repairs were comparable to my other estimates. My insurance company recommended them for both repairs. If I need auto body work done again, I will use them without question.

I did not take my car here, but had an estimate done. They were 4 stars friendly, but when I asked for an estimate, he struggled to get me one and I felt like I was twisting his arm where 5 other shops had no problem with it. The guy wanted my insurance agents estimate first, and I told him I wanted his opinion before I showed him. He wanted to charge (estimated) 50% more than 5 other shops. All the other shops were only about 59.00 off from each other. That was fishy to me.

Poor to okay work done on my car. I’ll pick a different shop next time… simple as that. Did not clean up the car very well before I picked it up.

I have been using Norris for several years now and will NOT take my repairs anywhere else even fixed my Mercedes. They do an excellent repair job and are honest I never had a problem dealing with them. I 100% recomand them. I took my Subaru in for minor repairs fixed it the same day.

I recently backed my car into a cement column in a parking lot and was very upset to see I had made a huge dent in the left side of the car and a large amount of the paint was scraped off! I took the car to Norris Autobody and they took the dent out and fixed the paint perfectly. It actually looks better now than before the dent happened! They are very reasonably priced and have excellent and friendly customer service, too.

Please do not cause yourself stress and choose this autobody shop.
They did not work for the client or my safety.
My insurace company suggested this shop. This is the first claim I have ever done with my auto insurance. I heard auto insurance can be difficult to work with not the shop. It turned out my insurance company is wonderful and the shop was a nightmare. I highly recommend you avoid this auto shop. It was very disappointing. Too many other autoshops to choose from in the area.
