Allure Nails

Went for the first time today after a day of shopping, they were very busy but we were taken care of very fast. The manager is attentive and makes sure everyone is being taken care of. My nails were done fast and turned out great. Everything seemed to be very clean and taken care of, reasonable prices also! :-)

Got a spa pedicure with shellac for $ 37 (before tip). What a deal! Plus a better foot and leg massage than I’ve had at most places. Will definitely go back if I’m ever in the area again.

Great service and great prices. The staff and the salon are both awesome and I’m lucky I have found this place. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and happy — they even offer you a glass of wine while your nails get pampered.

I have been there a few times and they were alright. I went today and the service was absolutely terrible!!! I got a pedicure with a callus treatment and there is still dry skin sticking out on my toes. The worst part was the waxing. I am never too particular with my eyebrows and have had them done there before and it was ok. Today she managed to make them completely uneven and wax my skin off of my face!!! Afterwards she tried to top it off with a lavender oil and it burned my face so bad my eyes were watering. Then, she tried to rush and put some aloe on it and ended up getting it in my eyes. Never going back there again!

Caring and courteous, best quality solar nail manicures around… worth the trip from Mesquite!

My husband and I went in almost two weeks ago for a mani/​pedi. The staff were friendly, and the salon appeared to be very clean. But…
1. Only four days into my gel manicure it began chipping! $ 17 extra for that stuff and it hasn’t held up to the hype. Not to mention that the price of polish is built into the manicure and the $ 17 was in addition to that! WAY over priced for something that hasn’t lasted very long.
2. There was only 1 other person getting a pedicure and there are 5 pedicure chairs on each side of the room. Yet they somehow managed to place my husband and I in the two chairs with a support beam between them, instead of scooting down two chairs. This caused the lady doing our manicures to not be able to switch sides, and thus requiring me to lean at an odd and uncomfortable angle for her to get to both of my hands. I wasn’t able to relax AT ALL. Irritating.
3. No one ever cleaned the pedicure chairs! When the other customer left they simply drained her chair’s tank amd that employee went home. The same thing happened when our pedicures were complete. Drain and leave. I sincerely doubt someone comes in each morning and sanitizes each station from the night before. And when it comes right down to it, I doubt they sanitize between customers.
For what our experience was and the end result, this place is significantly overpriced! ESPECIALLY for Garland!

Such a great experience compared to other salons. Lynn was a great nail technician, and was very attentive to my requests. The owner couple were hands on & very professional and pleasant. Great experience, I hope you will give them a try. I certainly will drive 10 minutes past 10 other nail salons to use this one.

This place isn’t that big, but I am very impressed everyone is super friendly! The manager is very kind — always checking up on you. I took my mom to this place for our pedicures & the workers did not mind at all working late, they’re all so sweet actually. Plus+ for a shellac manicure it’s only $ 27!
Most places are $ 30 – 40 you can tell they’re really sincere & aren’t faking it unlike most places. Only reason why I had to give this place one less star is because they don’t have that much color options. But other than that this is my go-​to place for mani & pedi’s. (Especially at Firewheel Mall)

I was impressed with Allure Nails. I was greeted by a gentleman I had spoken with over the phone regarding prices. He was very friendly and offered me a drink (they have wine, sodas & water). I opted for the deluxe pedicure. The nail tech was very attentive. The chairs here actually work to relax you although the remote had a shattered screen. An employee had her young daughter there and she created a bit of a distraction. Another minor incident, the gentleman told me over the phone he would give me 10% off a pedicure just for trying them out. He had left before I was finished and failed to tell my nail tech about the 10% off. Fortunately, I was still able to get the discount but it would’ve been better had the gentleman reminded my nail tech. Overall, I would go back.

This salon is located in a strip in front of the actual mall…
Got there, was asked to wait for a full set of nails. waited about 5 minutes another group walked in for pedi’s and were sent back to start. i waited another 4 minutes or so then i was taken. During the first 5 minutes of my session the man who was doing my nails’ sister apparently arrived as a surprise from Washington, so he called another worker in VIA phone while doing my nails… He maybe was with me a total time of 10 minutes. then another woman got there. She was very rough with my hands and didn’t do that well of a job. In all I wouldn’t recommend this place.
Bad Customer Service, and Not Quality work.
