I keep on giving locations a chance, but each time I walk into one I sadly grieve for what this chain has become. Back in the beginning it was in an old Dairy Queen somewhere on the backside of Mesquite. The pizza was amazing. The prices were great and it was an experience to look forward to. In the last couple of years the brand has lost it’s appeal. No longer are there polite staff to help bus the tables. There are signs asking patrons to help out and buckets with a rag. No longer are there plastic cups: instead you are charged for a paper cup. The regular pizza still shines, but the buffet has lost some of it’s glimmer. This location was no exception. We went in on a Sunday evening right after a rain storm. The location was not that crowded. There was pizza on the buffet when we started– but after that it was like the kitchen could not keep up with the demand. One of our party asked for a specific crust and type of pizza and it never came. We held out for dessert pizza. It never reappeared. What type of pizza place serves parmesan cheese with in packets? It is a major condiment for Italian food. At one point nine empty pizza pans were on the buffet and they were out of noodles. In the past staff would magically replace things. There was always someone there moving pizza. There was always someone moving trash. There were people cleaning up. This location was missing that. Besides the lack of product, the plates in the dish bin looked like the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The trash was over flowing. The debris of straws and spilled soda at the beverage station made you wish for a wash rag to clean a place to put your drink down. One napkin dispenser was completely out on the buffet. The floor was a mess– like toddler birthday party mess. The cashier was amicable. One of the three in the kitchen wasn’t wearing a hat and there wasn’t a glove in sight. This was not a huge dinner rush, but they all seemed stressed even though there wasn’t any pizza. I kept watching the ovens hoping something would magically appear– but they never came with our special order. This is the third location this year I have hit and found disappointment in product delivery. I can remember hearing«Hello Welcome to Cici’s «everytime I opened the door– but this wasn’t the case– and perhaps this is true. This isn’t Cici’s anymore.

The pizza gone very fast and it seems like a lot of teenage people work here that they would care less how the pizza comes out. It’s been more then 10 mins since I order my pizza for my self. I’ll wait patiently and hope that it a lease comes out good. On and not to mention lots of BIG family’s come in here like in 10’s. The sun hits in very bad which, I think they should have at lease blinds to cover it up. It would be our last time coming to this location Oh and the restrooms A/c doesn’t work. so its hard to peacefully use the restroom and the doors don’t even lock!!! Uggghhh. Never again!

First of all this cost us 17.06, buffet was 5.50 each, which means the drinks were in excess of $ 2.00 each. There were two diners, you can’t expect much eating at a Cici’s but you can definitely expect more than what we go. It was 8:00 on a Friday night when we went. The pizza was old and there wasn’t much on the buffet. The Salad was terrible, no real ingredients, no cheese, no bacon just carrots, olives and broccoli. No crackers and their dressing was obviously watered down, the ranch was very thin. They did away with trays a while back and that was livable but now… NO Way! Instead of silverware you are given plastic utensils, No Parmesan cheese on the table you must use the disposable packs of cheese. The Coke fountain was empty. The Tea was hot! AND… the cups which used to be real are now 16oz ounce PAPER cups. When you are done eating you are expected to take your real plates to this island and dump your waste. Sorry I draw the line there. The pizza was not good, no one said hi when you walked in They definitely need to revamp their approach to dining. Due to this experience it will be a looonnnggg time before we visit this location again, if ever.

I don’t have a problem with the food, we all know when you go to cici’s, what you are getting. However I am sitting here thinking about asking for my money back because I’ve never seen a restaurant so disgusting. The only table I could find in an area that didn’t smell like piss still has jalapeños stuck on it. The floors are covered in crumbs and food. I can see 8 dirty tables, with not one person on the floor cleaning. I’m appalled that anyone would come here more than once, I definitely won’t.

I would give it zero stars if I could. This place has gone downhill! It used to be really good but not now. Pizza bar was mostly empty the entire time we were there. The floor and tables were filthy. Pizza was gross and everything was undercooked. So disappointing. I dont think we will be returning.

Terrible location. Constant turnover of employees, place is always dirty, they change something every time we go. Tried to go in for dinner at 8:55pm tonight and they look closed.(close at 10:00pm) I went inside and two employees that are working are too busy socializing to acknowledge us. The manager was sitting with large group of family members and the bus boy visiting with a friend. Wake up owner! Go visit your store and you will see why sales are dropping! We will start driving farther to have pizza. You are not worth the trouble.

This is the worst cici’s I’ve ever been to. When I walked in the first thing I noticed was the sun blazing through the windows making it uncomfortable to sit in almost every seat in the house. I wasn’t expecting to need sunglasses to dine inside. The next thing that disturbed me was the extremely rude cashier who took our order without saying more than 3 words, none of which were thank you or enjoy your meal. Honestly I could forgive all of that if the food was at least decent!!! There was no cheesy bread for at least 20 minutes and only three pizzas on the buffet for the same amount of time. While I don’t necessarily go to cici’s for their five star cuisine, I at least expect a little variety of pizza and some decent customer service. All in all I won’t be back to this location. Total waste of money.

Oh goodness where to begin, it’s been about 10 years since my last visit. Price has gone up for what you get, for some odd reason I was craving this pizza, we’ll really the cinnamon rolls, but since I was there might as well have lunch and remember the good old days right? Wrong, lol. The pizza has changed some what before my complaint was why is this pizza so thin, now it’s actually pretty hefty, but taste wise, still like cardboard, lots of pepperoni, pepperoni jalapeños, pepperoni n sausage. The taste well, very flavorless all pizzas almost tasted the same, the sauce is pretty bland, toppings were plentiful, did not try the alfredos. Pasta is an absolute mess yuck! Just pop an alka seltzer chew yummy. The only bright side were the veggies pizza and the brick oven style thin and crackery.(Hardly any yucky sauce) at least the cinnamon rolls were good, here’s to another 10 years.

It is one of the more tolerable Cici’s in the area but at the end of the day it is still Cici’s so you pretty much come here to let your kids pig out or to get your pizza pig out fix. This place was not putting out any of the good pizzas this visit so I’m assuming that I came on a bad day.

I wish there was a separate pizza vs. service rating because the pizza would get a 3 and the service a 0 — I averaged the two and came up with an overall 1 rating. The pizza is good only because it is a standard franchise recipe which only a one-armed monkey could mess up. The service is terrible — or should I say nonexistent — most times. I’m usually a pick up customer, but in my history of coming here, I have never been greeted at the door, which I didn’t even realize they did until I went to another Cici’s. There are 2 separate lines for dine-in customers and take-out customers, but only the dine-in customers are ever acknowledged and helped. Unless you have the experience or foresight to know this, you may be standing in the take-out line for ages without being helped. My question is: why are there 2 lines when there is ever only one employee ringing people up? I’ve expressed my opinion about the bad service to the manager on site several times and the response is always a blank stare and an «okay». I finally got the hint and stopped going to this Cici’s. If you really want good pizza and service to match, I suggest going to the Cici’s on Campbell and Nantucket.

Dirty. Doesn’t look like it has been swept for days. Pizza on floor. Tiny salad plates and water cups. Don’t expect they will be in business much longer.

Good pizza. Horrible customer service. Called in an order, asked for current deals and lady told me there were none. Went in for pick up through the«carry out» door and did not get any help until I switched to the dine in line after waiting a long period of time even though multiple employees saw me waiting in the«carry out» line. As I left I saw current deals and promos that the lady on the phone failed to mention.

First off I’ve been coming here for a while. I understand it’s a buffet but buffet or fine dining, the customer deserves 5 star customer service. First off the manager was very rude to my wife when she asked her for a kids lid. The response she got was«we don’t have kids lids anymore because they take them» so to prevent it you stop using kids cups with lids? Interesting… The majority of the night, the manager was on her phone and failed to greet customers. She seemed to have a natural«i don’t wanna be here» look on her face. Just a terrible experience altogether…

If you’re craving a lot of pizza and don’t care much about the quality this is the place for you. This is a pizza buffet. Haven’t been here in years but when im in the mood for a lot of pizza this is where I come to. Has a game room for kids as well.

There’s too much equity in dining at Cici’s that you can’t give it less than 3 stars. My moms was craving pizza… and since she values quantity over quality, i suggested Cici’s. I was a little hesitant because it doesn’t really fit my macros, but its the moms… i can’t say no. Cici’s has so many different types of pizza that it’s easy to find one that you will like… for my moms it’s the spinach alfredo. I was surprise to see two new items available. I haven’t been to Cici’s in about 2 years so i’m not sure if they were recently added or not… but it was the pasta salad and the bavarian cream pizza. Everyone knows what to expect from cici’s pizza so i wont go into detail but the bavarian cream pizza doe… Long time cici’s pizza goers will remember a dessert back then that was fried dough bars with bavarian cream on top. This is pretty much an homage to that. Drizzled with icing… I could have easily eaten maybe 12 of them. I will occasionally hit up Cici’s because the return you get is just too absurd.

This location has been slightly renovated about a year ago, so it’s pretty decent inside. Like any Cici ‘s pizza, it’s a cheap meal and being a buffet, you can certainly stuff yourself. The cinnamon rolls are insanely addictive. Good deal for what it is.

I just came back from Cici’s on a Saturday(11am-11pm) and all I have to complain about was the service. I went around 9:30 and left around 10:20 and did the regular buffet eating of asking for more food ect ect. They took probably 40 minutes to deliver a regular pizza while having nothing on the bar. They would disappear for long periods of time so we had no one to ask if anyone could remake the food. Around the time we were close to leaving, they turned a light off. We were confused but ignored it. A couple minutes later, they turn off all the lights. They continued to sigh or make noises, blatantly putting out that they wanted us gone. I understand people don’t like the kind of customers who come late when they’re about to close but they had over 40 minutes until closing. It was extremely disrespectful and I am extremely unhappy with the employees. I understand you can’t expect the best from a Cici’s but every business should be able to hire decent employees. I would give a 1 star for the general service but I enjoyed the pizza and breadsticks so I gave it a 2. I don’t think I will be returning here for a while.

I came in today at 3:30pm with my kids, this place is suck, no pizzas at the buffet everything went out. Even the soup, I asked for the soup the lady said coming but I’ve waited for ever and she went to check out somebody at cash register. She came back, I asked again, she said 5 mins, I told her at least u told me earlier so I don’t have to wait. Not even sorry word, bad customer service! No more coming back to this place. Before we went home the girl came and said sorry, then give us a free buffet for next time, that make we feel much better.

This particular CiCi’s Pizza was the nicest one I’ve been to. That doesn’t actually say much, but it’s a fast-food pizza place, so you mustn’t expect a lot anyway. It was clean! Yay! That’s good. The employees were happy! Yay! The pizza selection at CiCi’s is always highly varied. Anything from a regular Pepperoni & Jalapeño pizza, to Macaroni & Cheese pizza, to Spinich Alfedo pizza(one of my faves). It’s good pizza, but not great pizza. They have other selections too, like a small salad bar, and desserts such as Apple pizza, brownies, and cinnamon rolls. Their desserts are pretty damn good, actually! The best part about it? The pizza buffet only costs an adult $ 4.99. What? Yes, it’s true. It makes no sense, but it’s true. So if you’re looking for a very cheap meal that will consist of three-courses(salad, pizza, dessert) and is super quick, then I do suggest CiCi’s Pizza. Oh, and they also have an arcade for kids(or for you).
