Yuck. I’ve been to other Fuzzy’s locations and had really great food. This one – terrible. With only one person at the helm(the manager I presume), we waited 10 minutes to even place our orders because he was taking care of a complaint at a table seated before we arrived. He did comp us drinks for the wait(which was very appreciated), however it went downhill from there. There was only one other table of people there while we were, yet when it turned out that our pager didn’t work, the guy in the kitchen couldn’t be bothered to come get us until our food had sat in the window for who knows how long. My burrito was cold and chocked full of so many onions that I almost couldnt finish it. Completely overwhelming. My boyfriend(who is the least picky eater I know) didn’t even finish his food because of the taste. Sorry– but we won’t be back.

I had been coming here regularly, maybe twice a month for the last six months of so. Typically have good service whether it’s busy or slow. Came in Monday May 9th it was between lunch and dinner so it was pretty slow, there was one other table eating. I was going to order the shrimp chimichurri quesadilla, but they were out of the sauce needed to make it. I went with the burrito instead. I was given a buzzer, then told it wouldn’t work and they would just call out my order. Took about 15 – 20 minutes to get my food, which wasn’t hot. My friend requested a cup for water three times several minutes after the third request one was finally brought to the table. The kid running the register had his girlfriend there an was busy chatting with her and sucking face. Reading other reviews another Unilocaler had a similar experience, so I’m guessing the person in question is related to the owner or the owner just doesn’t care since it seems to be an ongoing problem. I get running out of product, and I get being understaffed. I work in the service industry myself, sometimes these thing happen. Employees sucking face on the clock in front of customers, maybe it’s time to reevaluate your hiring and training practices.

Thursday night, 740pm, no brisket for burrito, no chili lime rice, really? What the heck. Then when we get our order it’s incorrect. What, do we have a target on our back? The food we got was good but, if an item is on the menu and you dont have it, that’s your fault. A lot of competition around to be making people, your customers, think twice before returning.

Solid 3 stars for reasonable Baja fish tacos executed well but not spectacularly flavorful or particularly memorable. One star for professionalism means 2 star average. We are sure about the level of professionalism or staffing here: IT’S LACKING! The manager on duty was cooking, when he wasn’t outside in back of the restaurant smooching on his sweetie. REALLY — we saw them making out as we were leaving. Dude — get off your employer’s dime and get a room. The Hyatt Place is right over there —-. Food was as expected — freshly made with fresh ingredients and no mistakes. But the dining room was not completely cleared(meaning dishes were bussed but not beer glasses — ???) and an attractive broom and dustpan combo were parked by themselves at the exit. We had to step around them to leave. Employees were on their phones instead of clearing ALL the dirty dishes in the dining room. I guess the manager got distracted from the state of his dining room once his GF came by to say hi. Not impressed with this location at all. Won’t be back.

We come here all the time and I’m always amazed how good the food is and how much you get. Usually have to a a plate to go because I can’t eat it all. Breakfast is my favorite here. And the staff is very nice and helpful.

This is a Fuzzy’s. It’s not much different than the other Fuzzy’s that are all over town now. Fuzzy’s used to be rare. You could only go to the one in Ft. Worth or the one in Denton(to my knowledge). Then they must have hit the jackpot or started franchising because now they are all over the damn place. And that’s fine by me. People seem to want to complain about what Fuzzy’s is NOT. Like, it’s not 5 dollar fancy pants gourmet tacos. And it’s not dollar and a half authentic street tacos. But I like to focus on what Fuzzy’s is. And what it IS is a place that makes good nachos and good fried seafood tacos and exceptional breakfast tacos where you can have a meal and never spend more than $ 10. Also, you can drink cheap.

This place is swarming with gnats. And judging by previous reviews its been a problem for months. I wish I read them before coming here. Calling the health department…

I make my order on the phone. I arrived to the restaurant, and they make me wait on line for 30 minutes to make my payment when my order was ready waiting on the stand. By the way, I asked if I can skip the line and pay because my order was ready. The food was good.

Love the morning staff I’ve been coming here for months… the only issue I have is with ownership! You own a business with nasty nats flying around. I have the issue with ownership because I’ve brought this attention to the management which has said something to the owners and they’ve done nothing to fix it. no way anybody can eat with 20+ bugs flying around them. I’ve seen customers get up and walk out because of this. fix it owners send a bug specialist out its not on the management or workers because you pay the bills! From– A loyal customer!

EVERYSINGLETIME I have gone in the past few months they have messed up my order. The last time they remade my food and just left it in the microwave forgetting about it while they stood in the back eating, and when I got it back they had AGAIN put meat in my vegetarian order. Service is slow and the cashiers have been consistently rude or seem to not know what they are doing. The place always smells like a trashcan and the tables are always dirty no matter how busy they are(or aren’t). I used to come here all the time and loved the food and staff, but this location has completely gone down hill. I won’t be eating here again. The Wylie location on 544 is MUCH better.

This location has been going downhill for a while, now. My husband and I always order to go. They are very slow to get our food out, and consistently forget items from our order. The last time(which was a while ago) we ordered two taco plates with rice and beans as sides. All four of our tacos were cold and soggy. So soggy, it was as if they’d been dunked in water after assembling the tacos. Gross. All the food looked as if it was thrown into the to go boxes in a hurry, including the soggy tacos. As I can remember it wasn’t really very crowded, not sure why they felt they had to dump our food into the containers. I have been wondering about the cleanliness of their kitchen for a while, when we go to pick up food I try not to peek too far into the back where food is prepared. Against my better judgement, I did look. I doubt their kitchen would meet many health codes, they may just be squeaking by with the health department. I have been to other Fuzzy’s locations with no complaints and I feel that this particular location has poor management. It’s doubtful that we’ll return to this Fuzzy’s location.

There’s nothing special about this Fuzzy’s…apparently if you’ve been to one, you’ve been to them all. The breakfast tacos were ok and the a.m. drinks were fun. We were the only customers in there at 7:30am.

Food was great, as it usually is, but that crap they pump so load over the radio sucks!!! I don’t see anyone can call that garbage music. It made my meal a lot less enjoyable. I’m gonna give it one more chance and if it doesn’t change I’ll go to the Fuzzys in Rowlette

Everybody come here! Families, friends and some couples. Breakfast, meal or dinner, you have a lot off options! Try: tortilla soup, its sooo good! Baja tacos, I love spicy pork and tempura shrimp! Buen provecho! By the way, staff is friendly!

Nope. I don’t know why people keep saying Fuzzy’s is so good. I decided I’d give them another try after a Meh first experience. Just wanted a snack, so I got two tacos only: a tempura shrimp and a tempura fish. Fuzzy’s, please read up on what tempura is. It’s a flour batter, not a breading. Do not called fried food tempura because it’s fried. Tempura is fried, but fried is not tempura. That being said, my experience was extremely underwhelming. The tacos are just too plain. I got soft corn tortillas and they were awful. Really possibly the worst tortilla I’ve ever had. It was hard to bite through as if it were made of vulcanized rubber. Even once I had a bite, it was hard to chew. *sigh* This place needs something more than just a silly name. The food really needs a swift kick in the butt to get me to come back. This is the last time I’m coming here unless I have no other choice. Zero Bruce Stars: Do not return.

Sigh… it’s all about consistency. My wife, the runt and I went to breakfast here this wonderful Sunday morning. We were greeted by a very unhappy woman who took our order and treated us like we were some kind of pest. The place smelled of sour dish towels and stale sick. When my wife brought our order, the trays, baskets and silverware smelled like sour towels. Very unpleasant. My wife got new silverware and rinsed them by hand. I had the Juevos, which were standard except for the prevading smell of sourness everywhere. The boy had a breakfast taco and the wife had a breakfast burrioto. They mentioned they were good except the sour smell kinda’ ruined it(get it yet?). Now it’s 3 hours later and my burps taste like that sour nasty smell… Fail breakfast was fail. We won’t be back. New rule; bad smells equal immediate fleeing of the area.

The staff was friendly while placing our order. It took about 20 minutes for our to go order, but the staff was nice to offer drinks while we wait. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich and it was every bit disappointing. No sauce, no flavor, just shredded blah. We ordered the veggies tacos and by the time we got home, we noticed we were shorted one. Not having time to go back since we needed to get to the airport — we made do. I was excited that there was a taco joint opened in this area, but disappointed at how blah every thing tasted that day. I would definitely eat at Torchy’s over this place any day.
