O’Reilly Auto Parts

I bypass two other auto parts stores to come to this one. They are always really helpful, friendly, and direct. They do not condescend and I really like them.

Autos, autos everywhere and not a drop to drink. And with all those autos, come auto parts. Cue O’reillys. So if you’ve been to any auto parts store, you’ve been to most of them. It then comes down to what they have in stock and if they don’t have it in stock, how quickly they can get it. I’ve found that O’reilly actually stocks more parts that I’ve needed that Autozone couldn’t get. They also offer Monroe shocks and struts, which is a HUGE advantage.
Just recently I needed a rear caliper bracket and no one had one or they couldn’t get it, but O’reilly had it in town, albeit 25 minutes away, I could have it without having to wait hours or the next day for it. Too bad, I needed two, but I didn’t know that at the time.
The sales guy always calls me «brother» which I find endearing.
I also recently went in to get an alternator warranty replaced and they couldn’t find it in their computer. I was getting pretty mad, because I didn’t want to have to buy another alternator when this one was lifetime warrantied. The salesperson kept his cool eventhough I was losing it. Kudoes to him and shame on me.
So would I recommend this store? I think I would. O’reilly? Yes, really.
