Inconsistent food quality, and some of the worst customer service ever. They see nothing wrong with having little or no selections ready after 8:00 pm. Tried to get something to go at 9:45, doors were locked, open sign turned off. I forced someone there to tell me I could come in but they went cooking anymore food. Looked at what they had left, I left and haven’t been back in months.

Usually food here is pretty good, but the food quality has really gone down-hill recently. Not sure if management has changed hands or new chefs are preparing the food, but lunch here today was horrible! Mushroom chicken was inedible and the orange chicken was tough and stringy. This tasted like leftover Chinese food from two days ago and it wouldn’t surprise me if it was leftover from the weekend. Seems like there are new employees in here every week and today was the last straw — there are entirely too many other places to choose from — will not be back to this Panda Express!

Panda Express is alright, it’s my last choice of «Asian/Chinese food». The food is okay but I wouldn’t crave it or anything. If I’m in need of rice that day and there’s no other Asian food nearby, my wallet is a bit on the empty side, or I’m on a time crunch, I would stop in. When I do go here though, the walnut shrimp isn’t bad.

What happened to the bean sprouts? The location in Garland, TX they are no longer using them in Chow mein. That was the best part and needs to be fixed. And wouldn’t it be better to keep your trays full or at least have pictures to show what you should be selling if a customer is willing to wait?

Wish there were more options for a vegetarian than the grilled vegetables. So I usually just get the string bean chicken and pull the meat out. But I thought they would make you something different if you requested it. Unless the location by Stonebriar was just feeling nice. Anyways the girl that works there who I usually see, Ariel, is pleasant so kudos! So thanks to her + the peach green tea they have, they get an extra star :) b/c the food sure isn’t all that.

it’s a chain restaurant, so the food is similar everywhere & this location is no different. the staff is typical but the BEST thing is their walnut shrimp … yummm!!!

Panda Express is that place I go to when I am too lazy to cook, and too lazy to drive slightly further down the road to Pei Wei. It’s nothing special, cheap Americanized Chinese fast food. Nothing remotely authentic about it. I like to tell myself its healthier than resorting to a fast food burger or pizza, but I may only being fooling myself. Most, if not all of the meats appear to be fried. The new Honey Walnut Shrimp is probably their worst dish. The shrimp was«fishy» and seasoned with too much salt, though I guess I can’t expect much since it is fast food. Beijing beef is another meh. Really the best bet here is the Orange Chicken, it’s the best tasting item on the menu. Their Chow Mein noodles aren’t bad either. **** edit*** Had lunch here today and I will be knocking this down from a three star review to a one star review. As I am sitting there I notice a roach crawling along the wall and floor in the dining room. I can;t even imagine what the back of the place looks like. Gross and unacceptable.
