Starbucks

I am here 1 – 2 times a week and it’s a friendly, clean, and a nice place to hang out (or teach a class, like me!) They even get it when I say I want my Chai soy latte more Chai-​y! (Thanks Moose!)

They have a bad drive through … Takes forever to receive your order and the lattes in ice are over milked

I like this Starbucks atmosphere is great. It gets pack in mornings but then begins to die down. The staff here is nice and I love their personality.

Best Starbucks in my area… drive past three other Starbucks it’s that good! Best customer service!

I don’t know how many times I’ve gone through this drive thru and end up leaving or waiting thirty minutes to even move. It seems like they are always short handed. Don’t waste your time here

The customer service from the baristas are great here, my drink always comes out right, but without fail, literally every buy1get1 sale on holiday drinks I always have a problem with the manager at this location when it comes to getting that free holiday drink. The first time it was «because I didn’t mention it» and this last time it was because I got a peppermint mocha. When on Facebook Starbucks said it included that flavor, because its a fucking holiday drink. Prior to ordering, both times I asked if they were having the buy one get one free sale, each time they replied yes. So it puzzles me that I wasn’t informed that my drink wasn’t included, and 2, that me asking a question about the sale didn’t translate into mentioning it. I’m done with this location, Starbucks on Northwest Highway is always on point.

Good service! The location is good for me. The staff is friendly and always quick to complete the orders.

I’m honestly not sure what’s happened to this Sbux location. I’ve been meeting a friend here for almost a year because its almost exactly halfway between where we each live. When it first opened it was very nice — nice design, clean, good atmosphere, and a great outdoor seating area. Today when we went mid-​morning it was very dirty (indoor area and restrooms) despite 3 – 4 people working and slow business. Several flies were buzzing around our table almost constantly. There’s not much in the way of music playing here, so it felt difficult to have a personal conversation with someone without feeling like everyone was listening. If you plan on studying here, know ahead of time that there aren’t many tables available. There are 2 – 3 small tables with 4 chairs, a large community table with 8 chairs, and 4 – 5 high tables with 2 barstools. There were also quiet a few people there today who seem to use this as a personal business space and spend most of the day there (not knocking off stars for this btw — just think its helpful information if you’re looking for a place to study or work since it may be difficult to get a space to work).

I came here to study and found space to spread out the music wasn’t like it was at the other Starbucks I went to yesterday. The staff was friendly and the place was very busy but they seem to be able to maintain a good flow of customers in and out and in the drive-​through. They didn’t have what I wanted brewed so the cashier offered my coffee at a discount since I was purchasing a gift card as well. Over all it appears to be a nice place to just hang out drink your coffee and study if so choose. I will be back!

Came to Starbucks today, it’s an hour before closing and the staff seems irritated, no one smiled and had a unfriendly tone. I used to come here when it opened and I think they have not done a good job hiring new baristas.

Nice setup, good service, uncomfortable place to sit down and have a cosy cup of coffee because the a/​c is always freezing in there.

I really needed to charge my phone and starbucks came through for me as allways… the coffee was good too.

I go to Starbucks often… probably too often :-) This location is one of the best in the world… seriously. (I’ve only done the drive thru) friendly staff, very fast and their drinks just taste better. Never thought I’d write a review for a Starbucks but this location deserves it after consistently performing at the top!

Beware of baristas who sneak up around your car to offer yummy sample pastries while you wait for your coffee :)

All staff were super friendly except one. She was very serious and came off as rude. She was at the window taking orders and money. Couldn’t catch her name but I just wonder what her problem was with us.

Friendly folks staffing this place every time I come here. Great drinks and a nice break or place to do some work during off peak hours.
The only downside is the layout and size. I’ve had to turn around and walk out a couple of times because of it being so crowded, not because it’s small, it’s just in such a busy area and really busy. Same goes for the drive through, it can be a little tricky. Those are the only things that are draw backs, everything else is great!
