Seriously, if I need to wait 15 minutes for 1 drink, you bet your $ 3.50 I will not be happy about it and I will inquire where my drink is. So whoever you are that was cashiering on 9⁄27 at noon, you can also tell your owner that I won’t be back. I really don’t support cashiers who mutter something in another language when I know your ass speaks English or at least Vietnamese. And you don’t need to tell me that it’s the weekend and it’s busy. I do feel bad that you’re manning both the register and making drinks, but since it’s busy every weekend around lunchtime; maybe your owner needs to hire more manpower! After all, all that cash only money you save on taxes, you can afford it.

Unilocal should let Unilocaler rate 0 star for this kind of restaurants! The freak, we were standing and waiting for 10 minutes straight just to order. There were 2 people working and they both look ridiculously don’t care about customers! If you think you can open a business, learn how to run it. Stupidity!

If I can give them zero star only, I definitely would. I ordered large sugar cane drink. And it takes them 10 minutes to make. Are you kidding me? This place has gone down hill throughout the years. I still remembered this shop was crowded with people. Now it seemed to not have that much customers. Service: The girl takes my order seems to have a very very bad day or something. Besides the fact that she has no facial expression, no friendly guestures, and a monotone. After taking my order she procceeds to chit chat with the girl who makes my drink. They chat, and snickered. Chat some more, looked at my way, and well snickered some more. I am very pissed off. It’s just downright frustrating. I just want my drink. I don’t have the time to stand around and wait for you to chat and make my drink slowly. After 10 minutes, my drink came out at the same freaking tine as the guy that just places the order. You can’t just pour one for me and the continues on? The drink itself: yes yes the drink sucked. It tasted like the worst kind of sugar cane I’ve had. I know they made it straight out of the cane, and I appreciate that. I guess it’s just not a very good season to have it. Not recommend! Price: 7 $ for a large. No thanks, never again. I feel very bad to say all this about this business, because I used to love it. I’ve always looked forward to this shop’s drink every single time I am in town. What happened? I’ve also ordered banh trang tron before too, don’t even think about getting it. I had 2 bites, and throw everything away. I gave this shop many chances. I thought this time to another time that they just have a bad day. But guess what? In customer service or just life in general, you should not have bad days all the time. I always turn sour when I am done with a purchase. No matter how happy I am that day. Personally, I don’t want to bad mouth a business, especially small businesses. I know it’s hard to compete with franchise and etc. This shop makes it so hard for me to spend my money anymore.

This is a vietnamese snack shop in the back of the food court of the Siagon Mall. I dunno what I ordered. Was told #5 and $ 3.50 cash only. LOL I got something with coconutmilk, crushed ice, jellies, avacado, and other fruits chopped up in it. It was good, but not knowing what you are ordering sucks.

Ridiculous! Blaming me for coming 10 minutes early, but they actually forgot to make the birthday cake I had order two days before! Gave me a run around explanation for ½ hour and then admitted they forgot to make it. They can keep the cake and eat it!

I got some Che Sam Bo Luong and Che Thai, and a number 3. They all bad. The coconut juice from number 3 was horrible, it was liquids as in white liquid on top and some crappy sugar juice on bottoms. It tasted sour instead of sweet. I tried to eat some more but their jelly was hard to chew and I had to throw it away after three spoons. Che Sam Bo Luong is worst. It was also rotten and sour. They tried to put some sugar on top but it didn’t blend. We can smell that it had gone bad. It was a waste of money and some pepto bismo. I wouldn’t recommend Che or Banh mi here to anyone.
