I’ve been trying to get in for an appointment for months and had to reschedule twice because Ms. White had personal problems. Now it turns out Ms. White has stopped showing up for her appointments all together. I understand having personal problems, but at least turn off your online appointment service. I showed up the 3rd try at my appointment and her boutique was closed. I was told that she had stopped showing up for her appointments and that I should get my money back from Groupon.

Worst mani/​pedi I have ever received. I booked an appointment and still had to wait 45 minutes until it was my turn. I contemplated leaving but because of the price I sucked it up. Should have left as my gut told me too. My nails were not even filed straight. I didn’t get a massage at all during the manicure or the pedicure. That’s the best part! I only paid about half price than I usually would but got less than half the service. The gel started to peel after 6 days and also has had a cracking/​vein look to the polish since the first week. I will NOT be back. Terrible.
