The food is decently good. I’ve frequented several Chili’s in my time. I always get the Quesadilla Explosion Salad. For anyone that doesn’t know this salad has more calories than anything on the planet so no false happiness there. The highlight of my most recent visits has been the service. The blond lady that works the tables at the bar is fabulous! I don’t have to repeat anything, don’t have to ask for anything twice, don’t have to request refills, or look around to find her for anything. She is on point, y’all. She makes an ordinary meal a delightful experience.

Food is ok, few items on the menu we like. But even when we eat elsewhere and go I’d love some desert from chillis. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my to go order and I was left watching staff stare at me and not take my order. So I took my $ 25 desert order elsewhere. Thanks Chili’s

This is the first time I have been thoroughly disappointed in Chili’s. My first major disappointment: I came here to work on homework and have dinner while doing so, anticipating that-like 90% of places now-they would supply wifi for their customers. No such luck. My bad, probably should have looked that up before coming here. Although this isn’t a huge deal, it added to my disappointment of the evening. Second major issue for me: I waiting 20 minutes to even have a waiter come to ask me for my drink order– and he got the drink order of the table next to me who came in roughly 5 – 10 minutes after I did. Third issue: The waiter addressed me inappropriately. Sorry friend, I am not your«honey» or «lady» or whatever other pet name you want to call me. I’m a paying customer who wishes to be addressed as a human being not patronized. Fourth issue: Waited an absurd amount of time for my food to be delivered to my table. Fifth issue: I guess the reason they were taking so long to bring it to me is that they spent extra time making sure it was thoroughly burnt. Sixth issue: Their machine on the table was out of batteries, so I have to wait even longer to get the attention of the server in order to make my payment and just get the hell out of there. This is very unfortunate as normally the experiences that I have had with chilis have been really good. I will not be back to this particular restaurant, and from seeing the other reviews, it seems like this is a recurring theme.

Hubby and I came here to have lunch. The place was not busy at all but we still waited for almost 10 minutes before someone finally came and direct us to our table. We ordered our food which was served pretty quickly except that the ribeye was a little tough to chew and onion rings was way overcooked. There were Ziosk on every table, which I guess, they want you to use to order desserts and pay your bills. The Ziosk on our table wasn’t working(or maybe my husband and I were just too dumb to operate it), so when it was time for us to leave, my husband has to haunt around for someone so we can pay our bills and leave. I am not much of a reviewer because I am a business owner myself. I just want Chili’s to know that people are looking for personal attention when they come in to a business. My suggestion is to get rid of those annoying Ziosk and replace them with more attentive employees.

Ribeye way over cooked, onion ring fried to a crisp. Sad, I know that Chilies is not the best in the world, but you would think they would try to make their meals eatable.

Hadn’t been to Chili’s in a while so I wanted something different. We sat in the bar area the waitress who was also the bartender was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. I ordered the beef enchiladas. This was my first time trying them and boy did they have«kick». Overall they were good and you get plenty of rice and beans along with them. My date ordered the trio fajitas. Even though I don’t eat shrimp they were smelling oh so tasty! We were pleased with the food and service and will be back again!

Very dissatisfied due to the ziosk displayed new unlimited enchiladas yet waitress says it was discontinued 11⁄25. Very dissatisfied.

This place is really close to my home. I can not say that I have ever had a good experience here. I usually don’t dine in I am a take out person. My feedback is only based on my experience trying to get taking out. So they have a take area but no matter if I come at day or night no one is ever working that area. My only option is going to the bar. The bartenders I have encounter really could care less about helping anyone. They are always busy gossiping with each other. The finally straw… I ordered online and came to pickup my order at about 2ish. Oh course the take out area was closed. I went to the bar and 2 bartender where there talking. They didn’t greet me or say a word. After about 5 – 7 mins another customer walked in and she was immediately greeted. The customer advised she needed a menu and a few mins. Then one of the bartenders asked me if I need help. I said no and walked out. There was no way at that point I was giving this company any money ever again. I wasted time and had to go get lunch another place. I don’t think they will be able to compete with all the restaurants in the Cabela’s shopping center. Standards and Customer Service is too low

Mom and I visited Chili’s since it is convenient and she had a gift card. Pros: –Mom and I split the 2 for $ 20 which is a decent deal and the food was good Appetizer — Chips & Guacamole Mom’s entrée — Classic Bacon Burger with loaded mashed potatoes My entrée — Honey-Chipotle Chicken Crispers with mashed potatoes and corn on the cob(this is what I always order) –The Strawberry Presidente Margarita was good, I like the shaker that it was served in Cons: –I walked in and it felt like I took a trip to Alaska, luckily they turned the air up after we complained –The menu looked like it had seen better days –Draft beer selection is slim, I had a choice of Bud Light, Miller Lite or Yuengling since they were out of Blue Moon and Sam Adams. I opted for a Corona with a lime. –No gravy for my mashed potatoes, they no longer serve gravy. –This place can get crowded for dinner if you do not come early enough

Went to Chili’s in Fayetteville, NC after church for dinner and to allow our children to use their Pepper Awards. Our server Jay offered great service. The problem occurred once it was time to pay. We chose Chili’s because our children received Pepper Awards from their schools. Brett Welch, the«general manager», proceeded to spell his name and was absolutely rude. His words and demeanor towards us were condescending to say the least. He told us that he was the boss several times and even though there were 3 separate tables and 4 separate checks we could not use the«Pepper Award». We expressed the fact that we have used these at the end of each grading period at this establishment with no problems. We have a large family and spend lots of money at Chili’s and mainly come here because our children receive this award. The inconsistencies in practices and the complete disregard and disrespect of consumers, I am sure, is not a practice a general manager or a boss of a major chain restaurant should practice. Brett Welch has caused at least 20 members of my family to take this establishment off our list of eateries.

If you ask the person at the Togo station if they’ll make sure your custom order is correct, they’ll tell you«sure you can» and proceed to answer the phone. Looks like I’ll to using Knightdale for Togo service again.

There’s really no reason to review the food at these chain places. You know what to expect. It’s really just the service that makes the difference between the locations. I stopped in here to grab a quick lunch before returning to work. I waited a minute or two to be seated because the hostess was not at the stand. She may have been somewhere in the restaurant performing some other job duties. After I was seated in a nearly empty restaurant, I waited a full five minutes for a server to show up. At this point, I decided I would leave and grab a sandwich someplace else. There’s too many options in the area to be forced to wait on bad service.

So I was sorting through my emails and I stumbled across a coupon for a free kids meal with the purchase of a kids meal!!! I thought«Heck yeah! Im Don’t have to cook tonight!!! «So we hopped in the car and headed towards white oak Rd. Upon arrival it was somewhat busy but the gentleman at the door seated us right away. My daughter and I took our seats and browsed over our menu. Our server was not to far behind. She came and gave a great big smile and asked for our drink orders. My daughter had a fruit punch, I had a water with lemon and a paradise Margarita(I think that was the name) –the drink menu does not have prices listed by the way After receiving our drinks we then order. My daughter ordered a personal pizza and fries from the kids menu, I had the chicken enchiladas with black beans and rice with a side of green tamitillo(think I spelled that wrong) and boy was it delicious! The enchiladas were seasoned to perfection and topped with fresh made Pico. The black beans awesome, they seamed to melt in your mouth, and the rice was seasoned just right!(I am super picky about my rice). All in all, dinner was perfect and so was my tasty paradise Margarita! So as we ate until our pants squeezed our stomachs, the server brought us our check. SURPRISE: The drink I ordered was $ 10 …Hmmmm maybe I should have asked the price, but it was pretty good I ended up spending $ 19.15 for 1 Adult entrée & a Margarita and 1 Kids meal Not bad at all My daughter enjoyed her dinner as well(she fell asleep in the car)

My husband and I decided to have lunch before we headed to the Saturday afternoon matinée, so we decided to try out Chili’s. While the food was excellent, the service was horrible. Our waitress, who decided that it was more important to fix her nails and socialize with her colleagues than do her job and serve us, was about the worst waitress we have ever had. Because she wasn’t paying attention because she was way too busy socializing, she screwed up my husband’s drink order, and when we tried to track her down to give him the right drink, she wasn’t paying attention to us and still socializing. It was so ridiculous, that we almost decided to report her to the manager. However, I think she heard us mention that and she stepped up her game a little bit more. If you can tolerate the terrible service for the good food, come here and eat. We may be back because of the food. Hopefully their service will be better and we don’t get that annoying waitress again.

Really bad. Hostess didn’t greet us. Waited 15 minutes for a table when some tables were empty. Bathroom was nasty. Waiter likely last worked fast food, not especially friendly or observant. No chips or bread before meal, no table bus until we were leaving. Meal tasted like a frozen dinner. If you want generic tex mex, taco bell will taste better. If you want a good burger, Cookout will have more flavor. Better service at Chicfila. Won’t be back.

This place is going downhill fast. I haven’t been back in awhile due to last few services being very bad. Decided to give it a shot since we wanted Honey Chipotle Chicken. Seated quickly, then ignored. Around the 8 minute mark another table was seated across from us. Finally at 10 minutes our server Dawn finally showed up for drink orders. At 18 minutes, she came back to take our order. By the time we finally got our food, the apps, which was followed by a minute later the entrees, it was minute 37. The other table had already gotten apps, main course, multiple drink refills, and was sitting waiting on desert. We’d gotten one refill. Around minute 60 I finally gave up waiting on our to go box and side order of dressing we’d asked for and just asked the guy across from us for his spare box he decided he didn’t need. I asked for no jalapenos or tomatoes, and yet we got them. I asked for one set of crispers to be honey chipotle and the other two to be the originals, and we got a honey, an original, and a crispy. One set of fries on the plate had cheese and bacon on them, the other didnt. Hands down the worst server I’ve ever had anywhere. And yet the minute the light changed green on the pay kiosk, she was right there to help clear the table. Where the crap was this service when we wanted more then one drink refill in an hour???

I have no idea why so many negative drafts on here OUR experince was Great, from the Hostess to our Waitres Amanda… the food was a 9 out of 10 very good… the waitress gets a 10+ for being fairly new she worked like a PRO, when we are needing a Chilis fix again we will be asking for AMANDA, the young talkative and Attentive ro your needs waitress.

My days of gourmet foods served in tiny wooden plates with edible orchids are definitely over. I reside in Clayton, NC, and the only place where I show off my Prada purse at local Walmart and eat shrimp tacos at Chili’s. That’s right the chain restaurant which I used to say I’d rather starve than visit. But see, kids, here, in the middle of Southern nowhere, «rather starve» loses its metaphorical meaning and becomes the reality: it’s either Chili’s or hunger. Actually I didn’t end up in Chili’s just because, I evolved to Chili’s after a number of awful restaurants surrounding it: some stale tasting Southern grill, homophobic Chica-fil-A and cosmic looking Diner with generic lardy burgers. So stop judging and listen up: shrimp tacos here are really worth trying. With zesty flavor, fresh cilantro and tearing from ripeness smooth avocado. It comes with the black beans mixture(I did not understand what was that about, soup, salad?) and tiny portion of amazing tasting rice. Service is not great. Slow, uninspired and partially deaf. Lacking general knowledge of asking«how would you like your burger cooked?» and somewhat drunkenly wandering off into the kitchen for very extended periods of time with your order. Also the IPAD pay station is brilliant. They must know that their service lacks efficiency and offer you to check out on your own terms. I wouldn’t go as far as trying their neon toxic looking margaritas or buying a steak, but the place works for occasional fake Mexican food without severe gastrointestinal consequences. I mean I wouldn’t now. But give me couple more years here and …

The food here is the same as it is at any other Chilis. I knew what to expect and it was good. Service on the other hand was a little less than lacking. We had 6 adults and 1 baby in our party. They cram us into the smallest table they have and place the baby in a sling out in the isle. Everyone that walked by bumped the baby and it was in the way for when she tried to service the table. Only came over when needed to refill waters. Nothing special.

Great food, mediocre service… place is much too cold to enjoy a drink, literally like an ice box in there… I have been a few times and service has been hit or miss, either great or horrid. I woukd go back but not my first choice.
