Mcdonalds is mcdonalds and I have already reviewed one so I will keep this one short and to the point. Food came out super quick and staff was polite. It’s close to the movie theater so it is a good place to get a quick bite to eat before the show. They gave me a free frap, not sure why but that was nice of them for sure.

Food was very good today, in that it was fresh and hot.
Guess what happened though?! So we walk in, and the manager is talking to an employee. OK, let me rephrase, she is raising her voice and speaking in a loud and condescending tone. Hmm, turns out the older lady worker is spanish, and has limited english. (I spoke to the spanish worker, shortly after that.) So, wow great job manager for ugly hollering that SHE NEEDS TO FILL THE STRAWS. blah
Then, I ask for change for my $ 20, even though I“m paying with my card. The employee kindly apologizes and says she will have to get the manager. Guess who? The manager asked if I was buying a paper, to which I replied no. Then she said she could not give me change. I asked why. Her response? We’re not a bank. I said, in shock, that’s a heck of an answer. Her response — well I was trying to think of something to tell you.
WHEW! I tried the main office number, posted by the door. It is a holiday though, so I will reach out to them on Tuesday.

Great location, nice store, big play area that looks clean and new. The drive thru is really fast even at lunch time. Perfect spot to get my diet Coke fix when I’m heading to Target! But 3 stars… cause it’s still McDonald’s.

Yes, this is a McDonalds… the McFood is all the same. This review is mainly for the location. This one has a nice layout. It is not a McCafe, but they did set up a corner of the restaurant with a stone fireplace with a big screen tv above it. Around it are a number of comfy leather armchairs. There are usually one or more copies of the N & O floating about here, as well. If you’re doing a lot of shopping at White Oak Crossings, this is a good place to come and relax for a bit and read the paper.
