This review is not about the store in Garner, but about at&t Digital life security service. I signed up for Security service with at&t Digital Life and they never secured a license for monitoring my home. After I found out they tried to get me to contact my town and secure one myself. My former security service Vector obtained one, but at&t didn’t. About 21⁄2 years into the contract they informed me that they would change my billing cycle. I indicate to them that I did not want to chane my billing cycle as I thought if they moved my billing date up that would constitute an overcharge to my account since billing is based on a prearranged start date. They changed the billing date any way. They sent a prorated bill one week an a regular bill of the full amount the following week. After the fiasco with the billing started, I had a some late payments and they suspended my service and I did not have access to internet to view my account and they expected me to pay for security services that I could not monitor. no access to internet or mobile phở to view billing or services. I called and got«No customer service». A week later, I received a bill informing me that I owed $ 319 for services and a portion for early termination for a cell phone. I have never had a cell phone with at&t and I do not plan to obtain one. the following Monday, I received a threatening letter indicating that they would forward my account to collections if I did not pay immediately. I sent a letter and called the company disputing the portion of the bill for the overdue amount and I informed them that I would be more than willing to pay the early termination fee. That was not good enough they insisted that I pay the entire amount, so I told them not to contact me again and that I have not been pleased with their services.

I went in to find out my options for renewing my contract that expires this month. I was fully prepared to renew and purchase a new iPhone 6s today. When I entered, I was asked if I wanted to be added to the que. I asked how long this would take and was told only a few minutes because there were only three people ahead of me. I went ahead and added my name. I then proceeded to wait for 45 minutes. During this time I watched multiple associates having casual conversations with each other and two were actually standing in front of the Direct TV wall watching a college football game. Finally, my name was next and when I looked back up it had disappeared off the board. I asked one of the associates and was told to speak with another associate about the problem. When I approached the associate and asked for a manager I was told he was one and I could wait for the person at the counter to finish up and they would help me. After 45 minutes my name disappeared, the associates shuffled me around and I was never offered an apology. This place needs to get its act together. This kind of service does not make me want to renew my AT&T contract when there are so many other options out there.

AT&T store in White Oak Shopping Center Garner, NC is full of people that have no idea what they are doing. They just want to take your money. Please explain how I go pay a bill and upgrade my internet and think everything is fine. After getting home and seeing that no payment was applied to my account. I go back the very next day to find out the sales rep applied my payment to someone else’s account… Wait it gets even better. I was then informed I had to pay again and it would take 8 – 10 days for me to get a credit from the money applied to someone else’s account. These people are crazy and don’t care they just want your money. I had no option but to pay because I need the service. How is that customer service? I had proof I paid, it’s not my fault your rep was not trained to take payments correctly and to force me to pay again while you clear it up. Lets say that I will be looking into getting TWC for my internet services. PLEASEBEWAREOFAT&T STOREWHITEOAKSHOPPINGCENTERINGARNER, NC. I will add that Im not done with the battle to get my money back. I don’t like dishonesty companies.

Went into the AT&T store this morning. Christy helped us. I told her we owned a business and we could not be away long. We had to be in and out quickly to get back to work. She helped us up grade 2 phones in a half hour. She was wonderful! I appreciate the excellent customer service we received. Thank you!

We left after waiting in a line to just have our names entered to officially wait. Why does it take two people to handle the check-in process? It seems the other person could have been on the floor actually helping people.

I sincerely hope the girl I dealt with was new. She could barely answer my questions and quoted me wrong prices on a couple occasions. She proceeded with my request without gathering sufficient information and now I have to watch my bill like a hawk to make sure I haven’t incurred any additional fees. Save yourself the grief and go to the one in Beaver Creek in Apex. They have better customer service and actually know what they’re doing.

My family and I wanted to change our plan, and see what the best option for our needs were, as they’ve changed a bit over the past year. We went in and talked to Joe, who was SO helpful. He was kind, polite, knowledgable, friendly, efficient, and was able to get us an amazing plan for our family. He provided us with wonderful information, but was never pushy. He really genuinely wanted to help us, which made the whole process of getting a plan and phone(which can sometimes be daunt ing) very easy! I would recommend going in to see Joe is you go to this AT&T store, I know I’ll always see him when I go back! Five stars for Joe!
