Came in today after my son’s ball game for lunch. We were seated very quickly, even though it was busy. The food was okay. My husband got the bacon cheeseburger, which he didn’t eat because he said it tasted like frozen patties. He also got the new garlic cheese fries, which he said was«soggy». I had the boneless wings and chips which were fine. My son ordered the kids’ meal, and he ate all of it. This is where my problem came in. It says that a drink is included with the meal and when the ticket came, there was $ 2.79 charge; but when I questioned the server about it, he stated that he could take $ 2 off because he brought my son the big cup. My husband was so frustrated he said not to worry about it. If you bring my child a large cup with a kids’ meal, I shouldn’t have to pay for it. It could’ve been better customer service!

Went to this particular location tonight, I usually go to Buffalo Wild Wings in Fayetteville but I was in the area with family and they’ve never tried it, the hostess staff was rude, and the waitress wasn’t not good at all idk if it was because of our race? But she seemed like she was disgusted with us. I will not be returning to this location!

I’ve never had a problem with service at Buffalo Wild Wings, but this was one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve had. My fiancé and I walked in and we waited for awhile to get serviced. The hostess came up after a few minutes and told us to seat ourselves. We ended up leaving because there were several waitresses aware we had been seated, even looked right at us, yet no one came to service us. How does it look for an establishment to have potential customers walk out so dissatisfied? I would have understood if it was actually busy in there at the time, but you have waitresses and waiters leisurely standing around talking amongst each other, clearly incapable of doing a decent job. It’s a very bad reflection of the company. I suggest hiring people who actually understand what good customer service is.

Slow service, hair in chicken(disgusting long blonde hair baked in chicken), comped my meal, but to get my check with the appetizer on it took 20 minutes. Needless to say I won’t be back at any Buffalo Wild Wings.

Horrible experience just horrible. The first server I got was rude. She didn’t even bother to say hello or introduce herself. Both my spouse and I are in the military, it is very standard for us to get water and then a beer after we have a few sips of water. However, when we stated we would like waters to start off with the server couldn’t remember that by the time she walked to the back. So, after a few minutes she came back by and asked what we wanted to drink again. About a minute later she asked if we wanted to order and I said we’d need just a minute. Then that server disappeared for about 20 minutes. She passed by us and asked if we needed more time and expected us to say yes, I suppose, because she already started to walk away before we answered. I called after her saying we were ready. She then informed me that she had given my table to another server and I’d have to wait for her to come by. She came by, I asked for our appetizer and entrées. Then I pretty much never saw her again. Oh, except for the 2 times she slid my app and entrees on the table. When I say slid, I mean literally as she was walking by didn’t even miss a beat slid. I wont even talk about how are food was burnt but yet cold, but my server wpuldve never known that because she never stopped back by. I will most likely never return. If I do return, I’ll be sitting at the bar. Speaking of which, I never even got to order a beer. Literally the only saving grace was the manager. After, my spouse said something to him, he tried his best to mend the situation.

Came here with the family and ordered Large of wings. My favorite is the Honey BBQ, but the best thing that stood out was our server Moses! He was up beat, prompt, made jokes, and just overall made our dining experience great especially on a Monday. The food is always good here and the restaurant is very clean. Did I say I ate to many fries? yummy

Not entirely sure why this place has such terrible reviews. My husband and I have been here twice and both times were good. Our servers were always good and food came out in a timely manner. Our orders always came out correctly and everything was hot and fresh.

Before a new Bdubs was built in Holly Springs, this was the only location close to us, so we were here a lot. When we first started dining here years ago the service and food were 4 – 5 stars. Over the years the service has gone down tremendously and the food could be better. This particular visit tonight was for one thing only… to redeem my Free bday wings lol. I should’ve have just waited and used the reward at a later date. I ended up going on a night when they boneless wings special. So not only was it extremely crowded for a weekday, but just to order take out was like putting together a middle school science project! Geesh After waiting 10 minutes just to place my to go order the cashier finally takes my order. I hand her my email reward and tell her I would like to order the traditional Caribbean jerk wings. She looks over the email and says«oh no we can’t take this because the wings are already specially priced.» Then she looks over to another cashier and asks her and she says«no we can’t take, no no we can’t. But I can ask the manager». Umm yea how about you do that please before you tell someone no if you’re not sure. At this point I’m over it and should’ve just left. The manager comes over and reads the email and puts in the order, scans his card and BOOM it worked to the surprise of the 2 stunned cashiers! They were both in awe that it worked! Smh I digress! After all that headache she tells me «Ok so it’ll be like 15−20minutes!» OMG for 5 wings??? Once again I should’ve left, but I’m a sucker for punishment. As I wait I converse with one of the waitresses that I know and my food finally comes after 20 minutes. Smh all that for 5 free wings!!! Lol

Last night around 10:30p we went to have some drinks and food. Our waiter was amazing and we had the best service. The food was extremely good and when I asked to be surprised with a drink they brought me one after another, all different and really good drinks. I would recommend this place 100%. Amazing service, and great food and drink!!!

Two star solid. Bad service. Orders came out wrong. Waited and waited on a server. She pawned us off because she was getting off promising us that another server would take care of us… BUT not before getting that tip. After cashing out with her, nobody was to be found. It’s what we get for stopping in a poorly managed chain restaurant.

Moses was our server and he was AMAZING! Party of 4 — drinks and dinner — he made the experience awesome. The food was good, but he got things out quickly, was personable, and I would definitely come back.

It’s a sports bar… it’s going to be busy and loud. We knew that when we let our son choose BWW to celebrate his birthday. We went on a Saturday afternoon. I called the night before and spoke with a manager. Although we weren’t able to reserve tables, she was very accommodating. She said that we could bring a cake and they would hold it until we were ready for it… not many restaurants would allow that. We arrived about 30 minutes early to make sure they could accommodate our group of 15+ children and adults. It took about 10 mins for us to be seated. Our server quickly squared everything away and brought a out drinks. She was great. We hand multiple tabs at our table and had no problems keeping up with us. We ended up with a group of about 20. She did great! The manager on duty stopped by to ensure things were okay. The kids all he kids meals and were happy. I ordered a ton of wings for the adults and they were great too. We’re never disappointed with their wings. They brought out the cake with candles(which I forgot,) announced my son’s birthday(completely embarrassing him in a good way) and I served it. I have zero complaints. We had great service, Good food, and a wonderful birthday party. We will definitely be back. The restaurant was clean, and the staff just can’t be beat. Courteous, friendly, and professional.

Updating this review as I will never set foot in this restaurant again. We just watched 4 tables that sat down after us be greeted and served drinks. A server finally passed us and said be right with you… 20 minutes into sitting at our table I might add. A 4 top sat down at the table beside us and she proceeded to greet them within 3 minutes and bring them menus. That’s when we left. Absolutely horrible customer service and inexcusable, when you take into account that there were plenty of servers all over the restaurant. I don’t really expect much from a place like this but to be blatantly ignored like that completely uncalled for and just plain bad customer service.

Dirty utensils, forgot our order and tried to bring me something similar to what I actually ordered after we informed them they forgot two items.

First the good. The fried stuff I has was pretty good. Their fried pickles were good. They had a nice crispy coating on them. Sure they probably arrived at the restaurant that way but they were good. The fried cheese curd was yummy too but you would be hard pressed to mess that up. The wings are not bad at all. I really liked the boneless wings they were crispy and tasty. The Blazen hot sauce did bring the heat. They have a good selection of sauces to pick from. Now the bad I decided to try a burger on my latest trip. It was absolutely inedible. It was basically a frozen pink slime burger fried until it has a slight crust and grey all the way through. I realize it is a sports bar but do you have to pump up the volume artificially? It is really hard to hear with all the noise. If it was just«the game» being blasted at 11 that would be one thing but when you are blasting five or ten different games at full volume that make for just a racket. Atmosphere 2 — It is just way to noisy all the time. The volume was so high on my last trip that it was hard to communicate with the server. Other than the noise level it is a decent sports bar. Plenty of TVs with what ever sports are going. Service 2 — The service varies from good to pretty darn bad. I told my server that my $ 11 hamburger was terrible. I said I had better hamburgers during a hospital stay. She said sorry about that other than the wings the food here is really bad. No well let me take that off your bill just the food here sucks. Cost/Value 2 — The wing prices are not too terrible but the other items are kind of expensive. Food 4 — The fried stuff is good, wings, cheese curd, pickles are all yummy. The patties used for the burgers the worst.

I went here on 11/11/2014 with some clients of mine for a quick lunch. The place was a little crowded, so we opted to sit in the bar area. We posted up at a table that was facing the wall. This was a little odd. There were four of us at the table. One on each end, and two in the middle facing the wall. It felt like the«timeout» table for bad customers. No big deal though, we didn’t make a fuss. Our waiter came and took our drink order, brought them out, then took our food order, then pulled a David Copperfield and disappeared for 45 minutes. We noticed that it had been a while since we had seen him, so we told the manager that we were concerned. That manager also succumbed to what is now known as the Buffalo Wild Wings Black Hole, because we never saw him again either. Then out of nowhere(1 hour into sitting down) our original waiter comes out of the kitchen with our food. Everybody got what they ordered and nobody complained. Food was on-par with what I had expected from a sports bar wing joint. We were seconds from walking out of this place and going to the Subway next door when Copperfield reappeared with our lunch order. A place that runs a lunch menu has to be timely on getting the food out. It worked in my favor since I was taking clients out to discuss business, but my clients ended up taking an hour and a half lunch that they hadn’t planned on taking. If the kitchen is backed up, don’t be afraid to let us know. I’m not putting all the blame on the waiter, I could tell that he wasn’t a seasoned vet, but when the manager stops in to see if everything is ok and then never comes back by once you’ve expressed concerned, then you have served me my last meal.

I shouldn’t be too hard on this place, its a sports bar kinda restaurant, they serve wings, burgers and bar food, leaning towards beers and mixed drinks. I ordered Fish Tacos, so I didn’t expect much from a wing place! And it wasn’t that good, as expected. The frozen(expected) fish triangles weren’t very good quality and the tortillas were dry and the filling was pretty bland. It did however come with some of their wing sauce which gave it some flavor. I ordered chips and salsa but it showed up with fries instead and I didn’t complain because it took so long to get the food and I wanted to eat. Plus I didn’t care much either way. The 30 minute wait for our food to show up took most of the joy out of going out for dinner on a weeknight. The Ranch dressing is that thick glossy sweetish bulk type, not homemade, but it wasn’t as bad as some I’ve had. Hubby got wings and they were very good.
