I was a walk-​in appointment on a Thursday. I had a great nail technician for my gel full set french manicure. She took her time and was patient with my various requests and was very sweet. I was nervous about getting a full gel set because it’s such a costly gamble if the technician doesn’t do them the way you want. Luckily, I had a very pretty outcome. It took an hour and a half for the full set with french, which was my expectation.
The salon is clean and has a nice, comfortable environment. I only had a manicure so I can’t make a comment on the pedicure stations but overall, I had a very pleasant and relaxing experience.
I would recommend Diva Nail Spa for a quick weekday mani for sure.

Worst experience ever!!! I paid for a full gel set with gel polish. I made an appt 2 days in advance. The shop had 3 customers and 3 attendants were lounging in pedicure chairs… so they weren’t busy. Yet the guy Timmy who did my nails rushed through the job as though they were. The gel was bulky and uneven and when I asked to have them evened out he advised it was my nails… right. 48 hours later the gel polish is cracked along with the nails. I called and explained and advised I don’t get off work until 7 and they close at 8. She advised that was fine. Just got here at 7:25pm and the doors are locked. Two women are inside with customers. It took them minutes of staring at me to come to the door. Their response was… we close at 8 and we have customers. So I pay 60 bucks for a rush job and now I’m stuck waiting until Saturday for repairs when the event I got them done for is Wednesday/​Christmas. Do not go to this shop!!!

After waiting an hour because we didn’t have an appointment for a pedicure, the tech picked at my toes for a good 15 minutes even though I said not to. She said I had ingrown nails but that she got them out. A week later, both of my toes are infected! Extremely painful and gross. The only thing that fixed this was antibiotics. They clearly don’t use clean equipment, so unless you want a nasty infection, I’d say steer clear!

Very excellent pedicure. The foot & leg massage were one of the best I have ever received, and the staff was extremely pleasant. I am from out of town, but will be back on my next visit!
