Harbor Freight Tools was offering a 25% off coupon good for Sunday 5÷10÷15 only. After calling two other stores near my house to see if they had an item in stock I was wanting to buy without any success, I called this store a little after 9am. I gave the guy the item number and was told of course the were out of stock. When I asked why every time HF ran a 25% off coupon, no store had this item in stock, instead of trying to help me I get«Ha, ha, ha, guess its just your bad luck today huh, fella?» WRONGANSWER! That’s no way to talk to a customer! What has happened to customer service? Instead of trying to help me resolve the problem, and find out why its not in stock or when it might be in stock again, he just blows me off and tells me its my tough luck!!! I wish I had gotten his name, but when I email corporate they will be able to find out who was working that morning. It’s like customer service has gone the way of the 8-track tape or vinyl LP. It’s rare and hard to find and when you do find it, you’re surprised.
