Big Daddy’s Pizzeria

Yum. Wings and Primo is what I ordered. I called in my order, staff was friendly. Food was ready when I got there! I would order again.

Had a buy one get one free deal on any size pizza. We got a 10″ big kahuna and a 20″ carnivore. The big kahuna had fresh pineapple and goat cheese and ham. Very great quality crust, nice char, and wonderful service. Highly recommend.

Good pizza great service. The pie choices are nice but the sauce lacked flavor. Kids enjoyed it much better than the adults.

Visited both the Gatlinburg and Sevierville location. Great service at both locations.
Got half Smoky Mountain and half Bee Sting at both locations for comparison. Pizza is perfection at the Sevierville location. However, at Gatlinburg had some burnt ash on bottom of the crust.

First time here for my husband and I.

Best wings ever!!! They are small but wonderful. No sauce. No need. The pizza was perfection. Crispy and airy. My family also had the dough daddys and a sub. Nothing was left to take home. I am usually disappointed when someone recommends a place to eat. This was not a disappointment and now I insist we visit every time we are in town. Wish it was a franchise in my area.

This pizza place is tucked into the back street behind Ober Gatlinburg. It shares an entrance with the BBQ place next door. The side with Big Daddy’s was not busy – maybe 6 tables worth of people? The BBQ place had people waiting in the lobby. We were glad we were there for pizza.
My husband and I got a 14 inch pizza to share. My half was the Big Kahuna and my husband had the Carnivore. We ended up with a lot of pizza, but finished it all. I appreciated that the hawaiian pizza had goat cheese added to it. It made the pizza extra tangy. The pizza is wood fired and thin crust. I liked that the pizza trays keep the pizza from getting soggy on the bottom. We got a jalapeño pineapple dipper and enjoyed dipping the crusts. The dipper was spicy and sweet. It complemented the pineapple on my half of the pizza. My husband liked the carnivore side, but I thought it was too salty.
There are several locations in the Gatlinburg/​Pigeon Forge area. We plan to get pizza from Big Daddy’s again next time we are in town.

We ordered 2 pizzas to go from this location. Very good pizza. Only complaint was there was a lot of grease dripping off the pizza. The restaurant was clean.

Dough Daddy are very very good. Mama Mia pizza was very good. The place is off the main drag but worth going to…

What a fabulous find! We thought of eating many places for Thanksgiving but my children wanted pizza. Called and the wonderful manager Jaime told us everything we needed to know. We got there and there is plenty of parking. The restaurant is very clean. While we waited for our food we good some dough and the children played with it and made their own cookie dessert from it.
We ate a salads and the house vinaigrette was excellent. We had the big pepperoni pizza and it was delicious.
Overall the food, service, place and everything was over the top. We loved it and are coming back to try out the sandwiches and more pizzas! Great job.
Oh and they don’t own a freezer or a microwave all is fresh and daily made. It shows BURSTING flavor.

First off, the pizza was bland and served lukewarm. The crust was good, but the toppings weren’t were they needed to be– which detracted heavily.
The real problem with this place is the service. Our waitress was horrible, and on our way out– when we spoke to what looked like a manager, she really didn’t care. That shows you its systemic. $ 19.99 for a 14 inch pizza (what they call a large) is way over priced and the beverage prices at $ 2.59 for a soda seems over priced for a pizza place.
Yea, it’s in Gatlinburg, but it isn’t on the main strip– it’s on a back alley so the price just doesn’t seem to fit.
Lastly, this place shares a space/​lobby with Bennett’s BBQ so don’t expect a fantastic pizza place, and you might be happy. But, I would avoid it and look for others.

Really delicious pizza, awesome beer list, great staff. Quick, clean, no fooling around with nonsense. It is a little BRIGHT in here for a date-​night vibe, but maybe that’s what they want? We could not have been better treated, and the pizza was fantastic (great crust, didn’t’ overdo it on the sauce or cheese, good selection of toppings. We found the price to be quite reasonable, since a large salad and a large pizza fed both of us. I was impressed that they took extra care to be sure the toppings on the no-​cheese half of our pizza did not burn.

MEH — not even close to being legendary as I imagined based upon the ratings. The pizzas are average and expensive for what it is.

I will start off by saying that I can be a picky eater, especially when it comes to pizza. My husband wanted to have some pizza while on our honeymoon and we decided to try this place. We are both SO glad that we did! We came after 8:30 PM and were seated immediately. Our server, Jaymeca, was very friendly and attentive, always making sure we had plenty to drink and that everything was fine. My husband and I split a 14-​inch pizza. I had cheese and pineapple on my half, and he had cheese with pepperoni and Canadian bacon on his. The pizza was delicious!!! And the crust? No dipping sauces needed. I usually dab my crust in Parmesan cheese, but this crust was plenty good on its’ own.
As for dessert? As soon as I saw that they offered s’mores, I knew I was in for it. I made sure to save room for them and I’m glad I did. Soo amazing!
The restaurant was clean and quiet at the time of night that we visited, and the music wasn’t overbearing or annoying.
My husband and I were highly satisfied with Big Daddy’s and given the chance, will come back! Wish we had one in Tampa.

Big Daddy’s Pizza is totally amazing. We spent 30 mins searching through the different pizza joints in Gatlinburg and finally made the decision to try Big Daddy’s, we were not disappointed in no Form or fashion. The pizza was delicious and the service was totally outstanding. If you visit Big Daddy’s I hope your waitress is Jaymeca, she went over and above to make us feel welcome and her service was always with a smile and a laugh which is very important to my wife Kim and I. We give Big Daddy’s an A+
We loved it and will be back to see Jaymeca.

Three locations in the area. Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, & Sevierville. Ordered the specialty-​Margherita. Overall okay. Good crust. Sauce a little on the bland side. Biggest issue was the price. Over $ 16 for a 10″ pie, which is way over priced. But it is a tourist area so guess that contributes to the inflated prices. Would give it another shot, I suppose. After pay day, of course! Haha

Super thin crust pizza. Very very salty, just over all not good. Dough daddies were like hockey pucks. Too hard and like chewing on beef jerky. No way they were fresh, seemed like they had been sitting all day and just got warmed up. It was empty in the dining room, so I would guess that is the case. We ate one a piece and one piece of pizza each and left to find better food. The worst part, the waitress and manager didn’t even notice we barely ate our food and didn’t ask for a box.

Awesome pizza! Totally hit the spot. The pizza is excellent with the perfect cheese to sauce ratio. A group of four of us ordered a large cheese pizza, plain and simple, and it was great. Reminded us of Frank’s Pizza in Houston, TX where our group was visiting from. Perfect amount of pizza for four of us. I highly recommend this place. The price is a little expensive at a little over $ 15 for the one pizza but it’s exactly what we were craving so give it a try, I doubt you’ll be disappointed.

Ate here with my husband and mother-​in-​law. We asked to sit outside, as it was nice and cool. The manager seated is, and said he would make sure we were well taken care of. Our waitress, Ashley, was by far the best waitress ever!
We ordered a salad to share with their house dressing, great! For an appetizer, my husband ordered the dough with marinara, great! Our main meal was a pizza, ½ Mamma Mia, and the other ½, sausage & pepperoni, also great! If you go to Gatlinburg, this restaurant is a must try! Service and food are both excellent!!!
