Bagley Fence

They were nightmare.
We got our backyard fence fixed by them, but the job was AWFUL! Nails are sticking out everywhere, concrete chunks were left all over, and space between each picket was so uneven.
They were odd from the very beginning. They are very quick only when getting your orders and picking up your payments. Otherwise, they never show up on time.
The actual jobs are done by someone they hire. These guys are so not-​trustable. The guy who did our job often brought his girlfriend to our property, and let her nail too. The results were terrible, as you expect. I think my 10 years old nephew can do better job!
When he reported it was done, I complained about those poor jobs. He got then mad, not apologized. Reluctantly fixed the errors he made, and said «What else!?» to me. He even threatened me to pay the company immediately.
We complained all of these problems to the company, and they gave us some small discount. But that’s not what you want when paying some thousand dollar for the entire fence work. You want professional job, and that’s not what they give you.

Chris Bagley and Philip Henry stole $ 2000 from me. They took my deposit but never came back to build my fence.

Philip is a good salesman, but then Kris and his «team» take over. I had three different crews, none of whom communicated with each other. Delay after delay caused by inept scheduling. Really shoddy installation — «the chalk line slipped» and one whole side had crooked rails and the whole thing had to be redone. Loose boards, one post had no concrete at all. I had to stop their «20-​year pro» from nailing the gate bracing upside down — that’s after I talked him out of putting up a 46″ gate in a 5′ opening. They also attached my new fence to my neighbor’s falling-​down fence after specifically told not to. I was promised a cash back bonus for recommending Bagley to my other neighbor (who then had the same problems). Then I was promised a discount for the myriad delays. Then I was promised an additional discount for no communication for days on end, every week. I even promised not to give a bad review if they would just keep their word. I got a paltry $ 100 off my final payment — which I disputed because the workmanship was bad, the whole job took TWO MONTHS, and I could never reach Bagley. I didn’t get a refund, though, and Kris threatened in writing to tear out the fence if I tried again.
These guys say «yes, ma’am» a lot and they promise anything to get the job. I could not believe the lack of professionalism and skill. I’m stuck with a $ 2,500 fence that makes me sick to look at.
UPDATE: Just got a notice that Bagley is declaring bankruptcy. Not surprising. ⁹⁄₁₃

Kris is not a Professional at all had fence installed didn’t remove old post and said we got more then we deserved thank god for answering machines I have him on tape and how dare him use the american flag when I’m a veteran myself and treat me like this. My wife has called and emailed him several times and no response by the way they change there name to Henry fence. I have crooked boards and gates that need adjusting post are loose and its only been three months plus they where supposed to waterproof my fence never completed and my 4 year old daughter tripped over the post they cut down instead of removed. So who’s dishonest will see

Chris and his team did an AMAZING job on my privacy fence. I wanted an non-​cookie cutter design (cedar and corrugated metal) and they stepped up to the challenge, with honors!
The finished result is better than I expected and their attention to detail is unmatched. They communicated with me throughout the process and even made some creative decisions on their own that truly blew me away. On top of that, their prices were very competitive and in the end, I am glad that I chose their bid over the others. I would definitely use their services again.
