I had an awful experience at this Baskin Robbins last weekend… And it had nothing to do with the staff or the ice cream. I witnessed a customer screaming at an employee over whip cream! She caused unnecessary chaos in a place that is supposed to be a fun filled environment and honestly embarrassed herself…
Not to mention, the young lady she was yelling at is always the sweetest, most hard working little girl… Such a shame that this evil women made her cry in front of everyone! Some people take ice cream too seriously!

This Baskin Robins was delicious! We came in around 6:30pm on a Sunday. We were greeted by a young lady. She was nice and patient with all 4 kids, even let them sample a couple flavors. The store was very clean which a big deal! No sticky tables or chairs. I had a banana spilt, and love how you can pick any ice cream flavor and toppings. My hubby went with their waffle cone and his favorite chocolate chip.

Would like to give them more stars, but we couldn’t even get any ice cream! Stood in the shop for several minutes waiting to be waited on, and the two kids working in there never even acknowledged us. No, «we’ll be with you in a moment,» nothing. Seemed too busy with the 2 whole cars in the drive thru.

Awesome service,
Loved my ice cream cake, it was great my daughter loved the monster high figure and flavor. Ellen was great, very helpful with making the cake exactly how we wanted.

The ice cream was good, as ice cream usually is, but the lady that worked here was terrible. She was disgusted that we wanted to sample a flavor… She was rude. Maybe she was pissed to be working on a Sunday. I asked her for a small cup of water and she only filled it up a quarter of the way. I hope she meets somebody that makes her feel special.
