Poor customer service at this location. When you come in, they do not bother acknowledging you, you sit there waiting for more than 30 minutes for service and they still walk by you and around you as if as you are not there. Poor customer service and extra slow. Not ever going to come to this store ever again.

Angi at Verizon helped us so much today. She took the time to show us the galaxy edge and explained all that it does. She is very knowledgeable and also made sure we had all the receipts that we would need for our rebates. She is the reason we bought from that Verizon store as other Verizon stores didn’t seem to have the same knowledge or time for us.

Excellent excellent service. Brought my mom in for a new phone after Christmas and Kevin took terrific care of her, answering every question, setting up her phone and getting her squared away with a hands free system. Bravo, guys. She will be back, of that you can be sure.

Go to another Verizon Store! I was sold two hot spots and was told no monthly charge. Only charge would be gigabyte usage. 2 weeks later I had over 100.00 in charges and fees. Long story short, I felt I was deceived and walked out of the store feeling uneasy and certainly not valued as a customer! Had to call the customer service line to get everything straightened out. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH THIS LOCATION!

Horrible customer service! I ordered an upgraded iPhone, it was not delivered on time, and the manager, Nick, did not return any of my THREE calls to explain the delay.
I went to the other store at Wolf Ranch and was taken care of in an hour.
Too many choices to have to mess with this place. Avoid this company!
