I have given this place 2 chances and this third time is it for me. I have always left with bleeding fingers and sore nails for days. I have gone to nails salons who say the SNS is organic and better for your nails. I happen to mention it to a lady sitting next to me and the guy doing her nails said«no it isn’t and that gel is better» when she freaking asked for SNS! Just rude. The gel I got kept messing up and the guy felt seemed annoyed and was just too rough on my nails. Not even a discount for the unhappy customer. I ain’t coming back.

Nice and clean with autoclaved tools and liners for the pedicure tubs. They have a fully stocked bar(with daiquiris!) and brought me a complimentary fruit cup, too! I did feel a bit rushed however and wish I could have had more time to pick my color. I would still come back though. Ask for Terry.

Out of all the nail salons I’ve tried this is my fav place in the Austin Metro area. They are courteous and current with nail trends. The salon is gorgeous and always super clean. They offer beverages(wine, soda, cocktails or water) upon arrival. They have a great color selection as well. My go to place. They are a bit pricier than other salons but worth every cent.

The ambiance is nice but they do everything half ass. This place is busy but they move quickly, too quickly. I was totally offended when they pulled out timers for a pedicure, totally took away from the relaxation. I live for a great pedicure because of the massage and that was less to be desired. I also got a manicure that was suppose to include a hand massage, that 30 second rub was really disappointing. They offer you complimentary beverages and alcohol, I declined the beverage thank God I did because I observed too many techs go from feet to drinks. Yuck!

Amazing service, exceptionally clean, kind and courteous staff, and relaxing atmosphere. I have finally found a nail salon that I have been looking for for years.

This is a great nail salon! Tai(old McDonald) did a great job on my SNS nails and my pedicure. Everyone was so friendly and the place is spotless! Looking forward to my next appointment!

Rude service. Very rushed. They even put a timer on to tell them when to stop… I had a man do my nails that was not sociable ATALL. All though the free drinks and fruit were ok. But we ended up paying for it somehow. Very over priced. The paint job was awful and even got on my skin.

I’ve given this nail salon two chances thinking maybe I just got a bad tech and should give them another shot… will not go back! Both times was given mediocre service, was asked by the tech who waxed me why I didn’t leave her an extra tip for that service on top of the nail service tip(seriously), have left with bleeding nails on both occasions, have had to request something to drink, requested that they use non latex gloves(am allergic to latex) but was assured«the gloves were ok» when in fact they were latex(got the rash to prove it) and am pretty skeptical about the«organic» products they use. There’s not a really good nail salon option in Georgetown right now so if anyone is looking for a business opportunity…

I noticed this nice, new nail salon earlier this week and decided I’d try it out. I must say I became reluctant after seeing Angie’s review, but decided to go ahead anyway and form my own opinion. I’m so glad I went here! They offer complimentary drinks and fruit. It’s clean; the employees were all friendly; and I got a great pedicure. I felt pampered. Trish did my pedicure and did a fabulous job. She was careful and meticulous. I will be returning.

My mom was visiting from out of town, and we decided to treat ourselves to a pedicure. While the facility is clean and the employees are nice, the pedicures were horrible. An older lady did mine. She cut the sides of my nail back way too far. It HURT like heck, and I left bleeding on 5 different toes. Thank goodness it’s sandal season, because there is no way I would be able to wear anything over my toe. The big toe on my left foot was extremely red and swollen, and was very painful for at least 5 – 7 days. A young man did my mom’s pedicure. While he wasn’t as rough as the lady who did mine, hers was terrible as well. She asked for a French manicure and ended up with what could only be described as «clown toes». Remember the first time you saw a French manicure and decided to go home and try to do it yourself? This was worse. MUCH worse. The white tips were globbed on and the tip was huge. It looked absolutely ridiculous. He told her it was her fault because her nails were too short. Hello? McFly? Who cut the nails? We decided that the reason they give you alcohol is to numb the pain and distract you from the awful paint job. I will never go back.

Fantastic! A brand new nail salon in Georgetown, TX. The staff are professional, friendly, and accommodating. They offer complimentary wine, water, soda, margaritas, and fresh fruit. The staff took their time and I did not feel rushed during my pedicure. It is also absolutely gorgeous and sanitary in here. Best part was the complimentary neck massage at the end. I’ll definitely be back.
