I called in the day before to make sure they had time for a manicure and pedicure at 9am. Tiffany was the one who helped me by giving prices, time, and directions to their location. Really long and awesome story short, if you want great customer service and a gentle professional touch go to Nail Spa and Threading! All of the staff members are super nice and courteous. I have NEVER been happier leaving a nail salon as I was when I left there. Great pricing, and fantastic customer care.

Walked in for a pedicure. It was about 620. They close at 7. Not a problem. Richard and Christine are so friendly. Christine did a great job on my pedi! Highly recommend. This is my go to place now. Great location.

Love them! Christine does eyebrows exceptionally well. For both threading and wax.
They are friendly, attentive and never push to upsell. Their focus is always customer driven.

I had my nails & eyebrows done today and they are beautiful, as always! I really enjoy my visits to the Salon. Everyone is so nice and Richard makes me laugh so hard. There have been times he would be working on my nails when someone walks in. He will lean over and ask what they need? They don’t have a receptionist so he has to talk above the noise. Everyone is working on a client and he needs to know what the customer wants so he can tell them how long it will be. I always walk away with beautiful nails and Christine does a fantastic job on my brows. I read a review that portrayed Richard as rude. I have never seen ANYONE be rude to a customer in the years I have gone to this salon. I guess there are some people in the world who are never happy. How else could a negative review be posted?

I have recently moved to Georgetown from Houston and I had not found a nail salon to go to. I went here lat Friday before my birthday weekend, and I was very impressed with my experience. The salon was neat and clean and everyone there was great. The owner Richard did my nails and not only did a great job, but he was hilarious! I highly recommend this salon!

Christine is a careful threader. I have very sensitive skin (hence, waxing is out of the question), and she did her best to be thorough yet gentle. Wait time practically non-​existent, but she does have a steady stream of customers, even on the «not so busy» days.

I have been going to Richard and Christine for several years now. They are the best! There shop is always clean and organized and they do a fantastic job. They have wonderful girls that work for them. Stephanie, Kim an Lisa! They always have a smile and Can put a smile on your face if your having a bad day! I recommend that you try them out because you’ll love them like I do.

Christine gives the best pedicure! Her threading is wonderful, too. She and Richard are so nice — love this place.

Update: Went back for more services and came out incredibly happy. I brought my mother-​in-​law who was in town visiting, and she really enjoyed the experience. When I walked in, Tiffany greeted me by name like an old friend, and it had been 2 months since my first visit with them. Lisa did my pedi and my mother-in-law’s eyebrow/​lip wax. Kim did the mani/​pedi for my mother-​in-​law. Both were very pleasant to talk to and did a great job.
Since they moved from their previous location on South Austin Ave., I’m surprised that their reviews didn’t transfer over. So I’m copying and pasting the links from their old location so you can peruse their excellent reviews from both Unilocal and Google.
Old: I’ve come in twice in two days to get a variety of services done. Christine and Richard are the owners. Richard is a riot, and Christine although more reserved is still very nice and friendly.
Tiffany did my mani/​pedi. She was very nice to talk to. I loved my french tip natural nails. Tiffany was very detail oriented. Christine did my eyebrow and lip threading. She is fast and knows what she’s doing. The second day I came in, Christine did my bikini wax. Thankfully I took a painkiller before the wax as it was my first time. She was quick and very efficient.
Overall, I wouldn’t mind coming back. Good service!
