Sweet Serendipity did the cakes for my wedding and they were both beautiful and scrumptious! My guests raved absolutely raved about how good the cakes were.

Delicious carrot cake cupcakes! Very patient service… since I kept changing my mind about what to get. Awesome chocolate selection. They bake/​make everything in the back of the store. Lovely shop. Don’t miss it, if you are in Beautiful Georgetown Square.

Stopped in on Monday evening and i was blown away by the unique décor and amazingly beautiful treats and chocolates :) The staff was putting Christmas decorations in the windows and were super friendly and will gets you in a festive spirit.^^ The ice cream cones are huge and absolutely delicious in a home made waffle cone, i really recommend the ice cream and the chocolate covered pretzels, absolute perfection! If you have a sweet tooth like i do and are in the Georgetown area, stop by, it’s one of the best gift/​dessert chocolate shops ever! ^^

I tried several cake balls (the wedding cake one… MAN it was good!), truffles, and toffee. Everything was yummy! They’ve got a varied selection of goodies that will bring your taste buds pure delight. The staff was polite and patient as I decided on what to try. I’ll be back.

Had Bev make two cakes for our wedding — strawberry and coconut. The cake tasting was setup easily. She walked us through all the choices. We ended up making some changes at the last minute, which she rolled with. The cakes were ready on time as promised. Both cakes were elegant and delicious, in particular the coconut got ate in minutes.

Cute shop! Very busy with lots of knick-​knacky things. Chocolate cupcake is not all that… but truffles and sea salt bark are to die for!

I finally was able to post a pic!!! My friend sent me a selection and they were just as tasty when I first had them. Get some!!!

This is a great shop — seriously. However, there is a man that works there, and he is so rude and acts like he is doing you a favor by standing behind the counter — that if I see him I avoid this place. Otherwise, the staff is awesome and the product is DELICIOUS ! Oh my gosh — I just looked and saw that Mel H left a similar post on 6÷5÷12 — who ever is this «man» is, he needs to be BOH only. I’d be a «fan» 4 or 5 stars if he would go away.

Cute little shop located in old town Georgetown. Convenient walkable location in main square surrounded by small shops and restaurants. We saw a sign for blue bell ice cream and bought a cone each. You can’t go wrong with good ‘ol Blue Bell ice cream (my personal fave). There were other sweets such as cakes and truffles that we didn’t get the chance to try, but all looked very yummy. Also would be a great place to pick up a gift or souvenir.

Stopped in during Georgetown’s First Friday tonight. The chocolates were good but the French Almond Cake Ball is one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. If you’re in Georgetown, do yourself a favor and give it a try. I think after one, I’m officially addicted.

Delicious ice cream and chocolate-​covered strawberries, but the hours are very inconvenient if you are looking for an after-​dinner dessert.

This place has great tasting sweets, but definitely overpriced! Nearly $ 4 per cookie (Christmas sugar cookie). It was delish, but too pricey. I recommend the gingerbread cookies.

There’s nothing sweet about this place. The man behind the counter was so rude to me. I was looking for a note card to buy to send to a friend. They had cute cards wrapped in resealable cellophane. I wanted to look at the insides of the card and see what I was buying. I was very carefully and gently looking at the cards. The man rushed at me and admonished me for looking at the insides of the cards. He made me feel awful. If nice card companies like crane and co and papyrus let you look at their cards I dunno what the big deal is. He also could have had more tact and respect for his customers if he wants to have a prosperous business.

OMG! The most delicious hand crafted truffles I’ve ever tasted. I will be back. Totally recommend this to chocolate lovers.

This was the place to get a Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory moment! As a swirl stop for the annual Georgetown Swirl Wine Fest, I woud have never found this place on my own. Upon entering I was just overwhelmed by the display of all the different chocolate treats! I got some toffee, caramel, dark chocolate… and tried their chocolate covered fritos which I’ve never seen before until now. Once the server also figured out I was in the military, he gave me a complimentary free truffle! Will definitely return for all their shop made treats!

This is the best chocolate experience in the Austin area. I have been to more than one chocolate shop, and this one takes the cake — literally. I have ordered a whole chocolate cake more than once, and it is the best I have ever eaten — moist, creamy, not too sweet. They were able to personalize it for my son’s birthday. They also had some nice holiday Christmas decorations, and we bought our yearly ornament there.
I’m still looking forward to buying some truffles, and I don’t expect to be disappointed at their taste. I will be back.
Pros: Local, family owned, makes their own product in shop. Friendly and hospitable service — can order over phone to pick up in store. TONS of selection of truffles, candy bark, cakes and other confectionaries. DELICIOUS, no known local comparison!
Cons: Call ahead to verify they are open if it is within the last two hours of the day (esp. during summer. May be open until 6PM. No seating for dining within store — to-​go orders only.

I am a chocolate fiend and I think this place has the best chocolate I have ever eaten. Not cheap but spectacular. I discovered this place several months ago and keep coming back.

Definitely a fun place to browse and check out the unique gifts, fudge, chocolate, and general home décor. The prices are a bit on the high side for some of their products, but definitely worth a stop.

This is a great shop for the Georgetown square. It’s overflowing with delicious chocolates, candies, and cookies. You can find unique gifts (edible and not), and spend a while browsing the shelves. I definitely plan to keep this place in mind for when I need hostess gifts or holiday sweets.
