Greeted nicely upon entry and was not bothered while I looked around. I like Chico’s stuff and usually find a lot to buy but not this time. i did find a sale item and went to pay for it. I could swear I gave the cashier a $ 20.00 and she went off to get a bag and I assumed my change. She returned and I realized I had exactly the change needed and asked if it was too late to give it to her. She then told me I hadn’t given her a twenty yet. I am sure I did but what could I do? My sale item turned out to be twice the price it was marked, I hope she found her money over by $ 20.00 that night and felt bad for the mistake. I will continue to go to Chico but will never pay with cash there again. Bad experience but I still like their merchandise. The parking is awful there by the way-very small spaces and hard to get in and out of them.

I was on the hunt for something to wear to my daughter’s graduation. I decided to run into Chicos because it was on my home and I had seen an advertisement with some really cute spring/summer apparel. Once I stepped into the store, my presence was not even acknowledged. There were maybe only 3 or 4 other customers in the place and there appeared to be 3 or 4 sales associates working. What the heck?! Granted, I don’t typically need or want assistance when I shop. But I do really appreciate someone welcoming me into a place of business. It just makes me feel comfortable shopping if I’m greeted because I’m a strong believer in excellent customer service. Especially, when you are in a higher end store where you will more than likely drop a pretty penny if you purchase something.
