Great staff and doctor. The only problem is the wait time. The doctor took her time to listen to my eye problems and recommended different options for contacts. The staff was extremely helpful, one of them fixed my glasses as they were very loose, and another looked for the best deals for contacts so I can take advantage of my insurance.

Very pleased with the thorough exam I had here. They made a prompt appointment, have a very pleasant staff.
I didn’t see to much to choose from in frames, but I’m very hard to please selecting frames. The office is easy to get to with ample parking.
I definitely recommend and will return next year!

My eye had an irritation and was swelling. The doctor was nice, but I feel like I was overcharged. I waited 30 minutes, she apologized for it, but I was charged 85 dollars for a quick 10 minute visit. I gave an extra star cos the woman in the counter was nice enough to straighten out my sunglasses.

What a great place! I didn’t realize I had a bad history with optometrists until I went here! The doctor answered all of my questions and comments (which previous ones clearly failed to do) in a kind and helpful manner. Everyone at the office was helpful, friendly and professional. I was so pleased that I went here to get my new glasses!
They have an okay selection of frames – from designer brands like Armani and Michael Kors to less expensive frames without the big names and price tags. The woman who helped me pick my glasses was honest, but not harsh. She helped me find a great trendy pair of glasses that fit my face and my budget.
Parking is incredibly easy too.

I had a horrible first experience here with my glasses but will rate them a 4 since they made it up with a great fix and kind customer service.
The optometrists here are wonderful and very sweet. They really do care about the health of your eyes and you!
If you plan to get glasses here. I highly recommend seeing Monica especially if you want:
–The right frames to fit your prescription and face
–Kind and accommodating service
Will only return to see Monica and the optometrist! :-)

This is our family optometrist and couldn’t be more pleased. What takes the cake is that my daughter needed glasses and we received top notch personalized customer service. Prior to coming here, we went to a few places to shop around for frames and never had one person approach us for assistance. The staff are all around gems and Dr. Chado is fantastic.

I came to Eye to Eye a few weeks ago, and my daughter and I had a great experience, we both got are eyes examined, she is very thorough and explained what she was doing during the test. The store also has a great selection of glasses, by many designer. The staff made me feel very comfortable, never felt any pressure.

what a great experience. ive been wearing glasses since I was a kid. ive been to all the big places & never have had such great service. they werent salesman, they were consultants. friendly, honest, fast and affordable no secret costs! they got themselves a devoted customer now!

EYE to EYE rocks.
Long story short my, wife has used EYE to EYE for years, i did not.
My optometrist moved out of state. I had the replacement Dr do an exam and my Rx had changed. I was given a price of $ 485.00 lenses only, and that was with my insurance (i was told). My wife took me to EYE to EYE and i ordered new silhouette frames and new lenses for less then $ 325.00.
HONEST, FAST, FRIENDLY… They made a new lifelong client

I have had a fabulous experience at Eye to Eye every time that I have gone. The doctors are especially helpful and take time to answer all of my questions, even when I have a ton of them. As a fashion forward, cost conscious graduate student, I have always found them to have a great selection of reasonably priced frames. I would highly recommend Eye to Eye to anyone looking for an optometrist in the area– and even those from elsewhere in Maryland. I have continued to use to this provider even after my move to Baltimore in order to continue receiving such high quality services!

My daughter and I have been going here for years. The staff is always helpful, friendly, and they do an excellent job with appointment reminders and follow-up phone calls. The eye doctors are also great — I’ve never had a bad experience with this business.
I’ve been to a few local eye merchants that charge hidden or unnecessary fees; this place has NEVER done that and I really appreciate it.
My only wish is that they had a better, more diverse frame selection.
