Every time I come here I end up waiting well over 5 minutes in a basically empty drive through. I usually avoid coming here but it’s the closest one to my house.

This place is a joke. We waited in the drive through for over 20 minutes and no one took our order. When we made it to the window, the gentlemen was like my bad. He took the order and told us to go park and they would bring the food to us. Since then I have watched several cars go through the drive through and well I’m still writing this with no food. I would have Left by now but they already took payment. Still debating leaving. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU PLAN ON DOING ANYTHING ELSE WITH YOUR EVENING!!!

A few months ago I drove off after repeating myself in the drive thru 5 times, yes, 5 times. I would think this store manager would put someone in customer service positions that can speak English. Tonight we were craving KFC and against my best judgement I went to this location. Drive thru again and no problems yet, a little slow but they always were. I got home, 5 miles away during rush hour to find out they skipped a side dish. I went back and 15 minutes later arrived to get my side. My wife texted me a few miles during my return home to tell me they screwed us out of two pieces of chicken. I am finally done with this location.

Rating is for hot and fresh food for $ 5. Their slow service appears to be characteristic for all KFC locations in McCo. This is also a Taco Bell.

Fast amd cheap a 10 piece meal 2 sides and then 2 more large sides 20 couple dollars and when I pulled to the window it was there ready thats what I like in fast food

If you want to wait 20 mins with only 3 cars in front of you this is the place to go. Also of you enjoy bad customer service. After waiting 20 minutes I got no apology and I asked why is it taking so long only to be told I don’t know u can speak to my manager. I mean it’s simple it’s not hard I worked fast food as a teenager. Because it’s close to my home I got there once in a blue moon. But every time I’ve gone there there’s always an issue from cold stale food to waiting do damn long… This location lacks good service and food this was the last straw!!!

The Colonel would be pissed if he was here to see this mockery of a restaurant. I know its a fast food joint. so what do u expect?
Since the fire… and KFC was rebuilt… service, food and quality went out the window… The service is slow as he********** U think they would have a chicken coup in the back… and they are so slow in plucking the feathers of the chicken. Two registers and only one is always open. Dont get me started on the drive thru.
Original recipe is sooo salty that your blood pressure will shoot through the roof…
Extra crispy is more like extra dry.
everything is tasteless… yuck yuck yuck.
buy a value pack of chicken at Giant… u can do far better. And save a lot $$ and time.

This location is a combined restaurant KFC/​Taco Bell. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE CRAVING TACO BELL! I guarantee you that you will be disappointed. First of all, the service here is slow, so be prepared to wait. The KFC side is okay… not bad, but not great either. This restaurant seems better functioning as a KFC, than a Taco Bell. Every time that I have gotten Taco Bell here, the quality and quantity was not adequate. Tacos were like an empty shell with barely anything in it. Bean burritos were mainly the tortilla. Where’s the quality control in this place! I have learned that if I crave for Taco Bell, I need to drive a few miles down the road to the Taco Bell on Crystal Rock (near the theaters). It is well worth it. Otherwise, might as well just throw your money away and starve.
