I’ve been coming here for my oil changes due to the quick service and my tight schedule. Each time it’s always been professional, courteous and great customer service. I highly recommend this location. The assistant manager Erik B. Went above and beyond to make sure all I needed was taken care of and even brought me a bottle of water. Gave me recommendations without trying to up sell me which is awesome. I appreciate the service and kindness and will be sure to recommend to others. Thanks guys

Stopped in here today with my husband to get the oil changed. No wait. Everyone was super friendly and helpful! The staff is not pushy. The manager Erik never let my husband go downstairs to look at his exhaust pipes lol. Awesome service and price!

First time going here and they are very thorough. I will say that it was at least double the «10 minutes» they claim it will take. I had time so i didn’t say anything about that.
I liked the monitor showing everything the guy was doing underneath the car.
They recommended i change both my engine air filter and my cabin air filter. Their prices were astronomical! $ 44.95 for the cabin air filter! I bought it from Rock Auto for $ 13.
Also the manager, Eric, detached something in the process of removing my air filter, and failed to hook it back up. This small oversight had me freaking out as i left, thinking that something was suddenly wrong with my transmission. My engine was revving but i could go more than 20 mph. I called and Eric put the blame on one of the techs. He did send a tech to find me and right the wrong.

NEVER EVER GO TO LUBE CENTER!!!
I went there to get my oil change for the first time and it turns out that they used a very crappy oil which ruined my engine. I spent at least $ 80 to get the oil change. If you don’t want your car break down or get into a serious engine issue, please do not go there.

This place is great. Very fast, reasonably priced, and competent technicians. Not only did they *not* try to upsell me, they took the time to explain what *could* be wrong with my car (rather than just insisting that something is wrong and it needs to be fixed immediately), how to check for it, and what indicators to look for in the future. They’ve made me a regular.

Love this place! Fast, reliable and good service while you wait in the car. They make sure to explain any additional service that may need to be done and it’s price. Best part is there is absolutely no pressure into buying these services. And they offer you beverages while you wait!

Since buying my 2006 Honda Accord, I had always taken it to the dealership where I bought it. the last several times I had been there, I just wasn’t happy with their service. So this time I decided to try out the Lube center, being that it’s right around the corner from where I live. I have to say, I was very pleasantly surprised. everyone there is very nice and friendly, the tech that helped me was Daniel T, great guy, no pressure to sell up kind of guy. Will definitely continue to use this business.

I used to change out my own oil. But since moving to Maryland, without my own lift anymore, I decided to look around for a good shop.
The Lube Center has good service, and great people for oil changes. Had my rear differential changed here once, and came back for the second time to do an oil change. During their routine multipoint inspection, they said I needed to do it again, but I recently had them do it before, so after talking with the manager, they did it again for free.
Customer satisfaction is their number one priority and they’ll do what it takes to keep your business.
