Walgreens

I’ve been here a couple of time for a few specific items and both times they were out of what I needed and I had to go elsewhere to get it. However, both times the people there were so polite and genuinely looked disappointed that they couldn’t help me.
I will continue to say that customer service means so much and due to that they have earned my return patronage when I am in the area and in need.

Not a fan. Waited in line for over 20 minutes just to pick up a photo. I mean seriously if you see a customer waiting in line at least acknowledge them and try to get someone to help them. I will not be going to this location again.

I’m going to quote another Unilocaler, not really sure what to say… it’s Walgreens, and they have what I need as well. Staff seems friendly enough.

Not sure what to really type here. It is a nice store that usually has what I am looking for.

Horrible Pharmacy experience! I took my 88 year old mother to get her heavy duty flu shot and ended up walking out without her getting it. It took over 5 minutes for someone to ask what we needed and when I told them, we were told to move over to the pharmacy registers to get help. After the second person had to help up because the first one did not know how to do it, we heard someone back in the pharmacy say there was only one heavy duty flu shot left, which is what we were there for. The girl who was entering our information said to someone else in the pharmacy that she had it right here, indicating my Mom. A woman to our left, standing where we had waited with no service, said it was her shot. I reminded the girl helping us that we were there before the other woman. We ended up being told that since the Pharmacist had checked for the other woman it was hers. Didn’t matter that we were there first and had been entered into their system and the other woman arrived later and had not been put into the system, it was hers. What kind of service is that! NONE! I will take all my business elsewhere after this incident!
