MedPost Urgent Care

I’m in Germantown often, visiting family. I’ve been seen at MedPost three times. I have always been treated professionally, courteously, quickly, and effectively.

I’m having major sinus issues and decided to give MedPost a try instead of fighting my way into my primary care physician. I am so glad I did. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and wait time wasn’t bad at all. I will definitely come back to MedPost!

Very unprofessional
Came in with a possible broken foot, asked the receptionist if they have an X-​ray service and he replied yes, told that my. Wife been in this location a couple of months ago and that they should have my insurance card he said that I can’t be seen without ID, I was in pain sweating and exsasted from jumping on one foot, I was really upset .
Had to hump back. To my car again drive home to get my id and the insurance card they already have. Came back humping on one foot with id and insurance card I was in pain and upset said you have bad customer service. We exchanged words 2 more nurses came from the back and all of them basically asked me to leave and go somewhere else to be treated …

Our walk-​in clinic in Germantown, TN is staffed with compassionate doctors and nurses who are not only trained to get to the bottom of your medical issues with speed and accuracy, but make you feel welcome at our urgent care clinic.

We had a nice visit to this urgent care while in town. The doctor was friendly and knowledgable and the wait was relatively short. We will definitely go back if we need to again.

This place is great. It is located right near where I live. Since it is still new, there isn’t much wait. The staff seems knowledgeable and well-​trained. I did have a decent wait, even though I was the only person there. I guess that is the nature of Urgent Care places though.
