Loved this place. My friend and I each had the cider flight sampler and it was great. A wonderful way to spend an hour on a rainy day in Gettysburg. The young man working was quite knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Even bought a few bottles of their seasonal cider to share with friends at home.

This nice spot in Gettysburg is a great place for a relaxing afternoon drink. Stop in for a 5 for 5 wine tasting, or get a flight of their ciders for just $ 7. They serve snacks and dinner, so the afternoon and can turn into evening as you make your way upstairs for some live music. The downstairs is a bit small, so there’s not a lot of seating or room at the bar for tastings, so don’t go with a large group or when it might be crowed. But I loved the ciders I tried, even the one that had been in a Jack Daniels barrel. It’s a great local spot!

The side was amazing and I ended up bringing 2 bottles back to Maryland with me!

This winery and cider house is excellent from the hard cider and the wines that you sample to the lovely ladies who work there-super friendly and funny. Had a great time-I visited twice on my weekend stay there-the food platters are also good. Do not skip this place over on your stay in Gettsyburg-its definitely worth your time!

We had a wonderful experience at Reid’s. Some really great wines and ciders. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nice outdoor seating area to enjoy beverages and tasty food. The grilled cheese was fantastic!

The staff was very friendly and polite. I am a big fan of ciders so I was excited to hear that Reid’s offered them. You do have to pay for tastings. I had a flight of four ciders at $ 7. The ciders were disgusting. I could hardly swallow a mouthful of any of the four ciders. They all tasted like dirty dishwater with varying degrees of sweetness. I was only charged $ 5 since I did not like any of the ciders. I did not try any of the wines so I cannot speak to their quality. However, I highly recommend avoiding any of the ciders.

Great hospitality. The flights are worth it, though I wasn’t a fan of most of their ciders. Great spot.

Stopped by for a tasting. First of all they charge you for each tasting. Adams just down the street does not. The lady was not very friendly, almost felt like walking back out the door. Wished we had. Wine did not taste very good. $ 1 per little taste not worth one cent. She didn’t even rinse the glass out with each of the five we got. We felt like we were bothering her. There was no one else in the store. My pick, just keep on walking.

This is such a great little Winery! The staff are so friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of wines that are reasonably priced. Such a nice atmosphere that almost makes you feel like you are at home! Five stars!

The house is quaint but not big enough to hold many tastings. For $ 1 a pour, we certainly got half a glass full, however it was pretty awkward being watched as we tasted. Eventually we got our pourer talking so that helped things a bit. I didn’t much care for any of the wines that I tasted but did like the pumpkin and apple butter they sold. I think it would help Reid’s to capitalize on the building and town. Maybe some bottles relating to the history of Gettysburg so that they can be kept as a keepsake? Or maybe the ghost in the house? I also found the bottles over-priced for the quality.

This is our first stop at the new address. It’s wonderful and really well designed, restored, and layed out. The employees are energetic and knowledgable. Once they have ANY food, I’ll shift it to 5 stars. The wine and ciders cover a great range of tastes from sweet to dry. The fruit wines meet the needs and reflect local production. It’s a great music venue too. Check it out as soon as you can!
