Studio 128

My experience with Studio 128 has been 100% positive from day 1!
I have had the opportunity to use all three stylists, Mia, Vanessa and Shelby, and can honestly say that each one brings their personal best to their work.
No matter who does my hair, terrific color and chunky highlights and cuts, it looks amazing.
I have NEVER, let me say that again … I have NEVER had so many compliments on the color and style.
Even my mother who always has something nice to say, recently said my hair had NEVER looked better than it does now.
That is due to Studio 128…

LOVE Studio 128! I starting going here about a year and half ago and my hair has never been better. I have long, curly, frizzy, damaged hair that I have battled all my life and would always just throw up in a pony tail. I found Studio 128 after hearing about the Brazilian Blowout. I made and appointment with Vanessa and couldn’t have been happier. I have since seen both Vanessa and Mia and both are awesome. They are very professional and great at what they do. They are also super nice and fun to chat with. Since I first stepped in the door I felt completely comfortable and welcome. I even had them do my wedding a few weeks ago through Mia’s other business, Belle of the Ball, and was thrilled with them again. I would recommend Studio 128-​and the Brazilian Blowout-​and Belle of the Ball to everyone!
Many people ask me about the Brazilian Blowout so I will share my experience here. The Brazilian Blowout appointment took about 2 hours but the time flew by as Vanessa and I chatted the time away. After I was thrilled with the results as I still had some wave and curl but the frizz was very minimal and I could wear my hair down with very little product or styling-​amazing for me. About 3 months later I decided to get another Brazilian Blowout. This time the results were more dramatic. The product will build up and be more noticeable with more treatments and this was definitely the case for me. After the second blowout my hair was totally straight with no styling. My friends were amazed and all couldn’t stop talking about it as I have always been the crazy curls girl. I used the products for the blowout (shampoo and conditioner) and the second blowout lasted a good 5 months. After the first couple months I started getting back the curl and had some awesome beach waves but was still frizz free for at least 5 months (and even then was less frizz then before I started going to Studio 128). I decided to hold off on another Blowout but a few months later I just had to get it again. The third blowout is more like the first with waves but reduced frizz since it had been about 8 months since the previous one. I am now deciding if I want to get another sooner and have straight hair for a while or hold off and have waves… I love having these choices! I mostly wear my hair down now and hardly ever wear a pony tail. This is also helping to repair the damage from years of using elastic bands to pull up my hair so my hair is improving from this as well. If you are thinking about the Brazilian Blowout, I hope this helps. I know if was a tough decision for me to make the leap and do something dramatic with my hair but I’m so glad I did and recommend it to my family and friends whenever they ask about it.

I’m very picky about my haircuts.
I’ve got lots of fine hair that hates humidity and goes flat at the first sign of water.
Mia did a wonderful job on my hair. I came in with an A-​line from Supercuts and she was willing to reshape it to be super chic until we started talking. When I admitted I wanted something new and more funky she suggested an asymmetrical cut. I took a deep breath and let her go at it.
I LOVE IT! I get compliments all the time. Its chic and hip without being too crazy. Who would have thought that an asymmetrical cut would have been something I’d look totally cute in? Maybe it’s just the stylist? She’s amazing!
Studio 128 uses the Enjoy product line and I went home with their styling gel. Not only does it work wonders on my fine hair but it also will last me a million years since I only have to use a pea sized amount!
Too bad I live so far away. Would it be overkill to come here a few times a year to get a hair cut?

Having gone to a previous stylist for 10+ years and reluctantly seeking someone local (Geyserville) for convenience sake, I made the switch and what a surprise, what a treat! Mia is the best… listened, suggested and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome… I’m thrilled I changed. You’ll love Mia’s professionalism, tallent as a stylist and fun personality!

I know about this place because my wife drives all the way from Petaluma to Geyserville to get her hair done here. She has been doing this every other month for over a year now. She loves this place, Most of the time she will take my daughters with her as well and all three of them will get the hair done up, they all love going so I know they are great with kids as well. Not sure what happens up there but I know my wife always looks pretty damn hot when she gets back.
