Awesome staff & great wines. We had a free tasting from our hotel. They pored us additional wines that were not on the list. Also gave us a fantastic lunch recommendation. Grazie mille ragazzi!

I’ll reluctantly give them 3 stars because the host was a lot of fun and a very generous bartender. The wine, meh, pretty much generic, uninteresting, unmemorable. There are much better wineries in the area.

Wine is wonderful! Didn’t care for the sparkling as I did the Reds… Liked the Sarah and the Pinot the best. They have a big picnic area, and offer bocce ball. :) Next to the busy road, but your so busy having fun, you don’t even notice. My friends are club members… I’m seriously considering this winery as one of the contenders.

Good wines, friendly staff, beautiful grounds, and an imposing grey stone building created a very impressive atmosphere. Inside is very roomy with comfy lounge areas… which was greatly appreciated this being our 4th winery… thats when everything starts to taste good… We especially loved the free rainbow stickers at the entrance… EQUALITY!

I had an all around great experience at Trione Vinyards and Winery. We just stopped in for a quick tasting, but found the staff to be incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The woman who poured our flight told us about a holiday parade in Geyserville later that night, which we attended and enjoyed. Would highly recommend.

This is one of our favorite wineries in the Geyersville area. We always go to this winery first, and it never disappoints. My favorite wine here is their Syrah. They also have a Pinot Noir that I like. It’s bolder and tastes more full-bodied than typical Pinots. The staff is always friendly and their winery is beautiful. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the wine. I definitely recommend this winery.

Loved this winery! !!! Visited here with my friends a couple of days ago and what an awesome experience! One of my friends had a gift certificate for a private tour and tasting. I would recommend that. You get to check out the winery and then tastes their wine in VIP room. Their wines are so freaking good I wanted to buy just about everything I tasted. By the time we left most of us were carrying out a couple of bottles. Highlight of our trip! A definite must try!

We came here after having a tasting a Trentadue and I have to say the service here was much more on point. The tasting room was nice and cool compared to the heat from outside and they had a very long bar with stools. It was also dead in here, so we had a guy pouring our wine all to ourselves. He gave great descriptions, answered all our questions about the wine, and was overall friendly. The wine here was great. I loved the wide variety from cab, zin, rose, pinot, syrah — they had it all. I would definitely come back to Trione in the future.

The wine is amazing! The latest Pinot is Devine. Love love love the red blend. I went with members for a tasting. Very friendly staff!!! Tina was so welcoming and gave me all kinds of info on the trione wine, land and methods of making wine. I was very impressed with her knowledge of every aspect of the business. This winery is so family friendly!!! It’s so refreshing that the trione family upholds strong family values with its business. Reed was very sweet and helped bring our large load of wine out. Definitely a new fan of trione!!!

We went to Trione on a friend’s recommendation and were so happy we did. Our server, Reed, was so welcoming and talked to us in detail about all the wines we tasted. They have these cards they give you which have the background and tasting notes for each wine, which was unique and a fun little take-away. The wines were great — I especially liked the Primitivo(a Zinfandel) which was different than other Zins I’ve tried. The winery wasn’t busy so we got a tour and history of the property which was fantastic as well. Highly recommend!

5 stars all the way! The staff was very friendly and knowledgable, they passed out individual information cards for each wine. The tasting room wasn’t crowded therefore they focus 100% on you. It’s $ 15 a tasting for 6, they are generous with the pours and we got 2 additional pours. We tried he primivito, which is rare to find and it tasted delicious. We brought a bottle and they waived both our fees. This is the highlight of our day!

Came with a group of 11. And the staff were super friendly and knowledgeable about their product. I would say the wine has a lot of heart to it. The tasting room is spacious and comfortable. And the outside tables are just petty. Sunny day with a little wind that’s perfection.

One of the best visits. Sharon Keiser was our wine taster, part time on Saturdays and made the visit exceptional. Sorry we don’t have this wine available through local distributors back home

Tasted all that they were offering, and more. Found the 2010 Primitivo(aka Zinfandel) to be very nice. Priced about right, but hard to tell without a side by side comparison with all my other Zinfandel buys. The other wines were alright, just not memorable.

I really enjoyed our stop at Trione. We ate our boxed lunches on the patio out back — let’s hear it for shade! We probably had two of the youngest servers I’ve ever seen in wine country, but that made it fun since our group was all late 20s/early 30s. There were jokes about swapping a boxed lunch for a bottle of wine and such. This is one of the Visa Signature wineries — so show your card! You’ll get a deal on tasting.

Super friendly staff in a relatively quiet tasting room. The establishment looked beautiful, but lacked a bit of hanging out area outside for us to hang out. The tasting room is descent in size. Visa Signature holders can have 2 free tastings, each with 3 wines chosen; which pretty much covered most of their wine when combined. We loved their«red wine,» very smooth, big body, fruity and easy to drink. They handed out printed explanations of each wine, which is a great idea for information accuracy and large crowd handling.

The winery has a nice tasting room but it was comparable to most on the Sonoma side — no sitting area. This is not a bad thing but we just like to take our time tasting and the setup does not lend itself to staying long. The tasting room was very crowded so this can be viewed as good or bad. We thought it was a good indication of the quality of their wines and weren’t disappointed. We had to squeeze into the tasting bar but still had a good experience in spite of the small discomfort. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable so he helped us navigate to what we wanted. Our friends became wine club members. An added note: They provided tasting notes on a card for each wine they served — providing us information while the server was helping someone else. I thought this was a very nice touch as it allowed us to take the notes with us and just add our personal comments. Other wineries provide the same info on a sheet of paper, this was just more convenient for us.

I’m not a wine connoisseur, I don’t even know the first thing. Trilling, sniffing, breathing. yeah, not me. Maybe a few sniffs and a sip, that’s about the most trained I am in tasting. I didn’t know what to expect and I didn’t want to look like an inexperienced bum chugging free samples. As Rene C mentioned in her review«the staff was down to earth and super friendly». This was exactly my experience. I learned how to taste the wine from their example. It was a good time, not pretentious at all. Great wines with a great staff. Once you hear the stories behind the wines, it really makes you appreciate the experience. While there I got to meet one of the owners, Denise, who was a delight to speak with and very personable. I also spoke with Jane, Claire and Jessie. As the conversation flowed so did the wine bottles. =) With the wine they offer these little lightly salted crackers, I want to say it’s got some white cheddar on it and let me tell you; you can’t have just one. As the other reviewer C K. mentions, if I was local I could see wanting to join their wine club and attending a few events.
