Every time I go to this location the employees look at me as if me ordering a drink is the LAST thing on earth they want to do. They never smile, they usually don’t get the order right, roll their eyes on multiple occasions, and I’ve heard them talk badly about other customers right in front of me. Also, even when there is no one in there it takes at least 5 minutes for them to make an iced coffee.
I drink Starbucks every day and NEVER have I experienced such unfriendly workers at any other Starbucks in any other city.
I do not recommend.

Noone really appreciates their breakfast sandwiches! They are the best around. I always get the sausage egg and cheese bagel. It’s probably the best I’ve ever had.

We were driving back to Ohio and decided to grab Starbucks before getting on the road today. My GPS found the place but for the life of us couldn’t find an easy way to get in. You couldn’t turn right into the place because of the barrier in the middle of the road so instead you had to go around by the back but because of all the curves in the road that was not easy to see. Eventually we got parked and there was quite a line on a Saturday afternoon. Thankfully it moved quickly but the wait for drinks was about five minutes which, in my experience, was longer than I typically have at the Starbucks near me. This also seemed like a good location for a drive thru, especially given the difficult nature of even getting into the place… but alas, no drive thru.

Service is fast. Employees are nice. Space is small. Get a cramped feeling. On a Saturday morning it’s literally shoulder to shoulder while your waiting for your drink to be made. Seating is ok. It could be better.

Before the remodel, I would have given this location a 5 star review. However, they removed the couch and comfy chairs. I like to go and stay awhile and read a good book while I am there. Now I don’t stay as long :(If I want to get comfy somewhere I now go to the Panera Bread in Hampton. In addition their parking lot is quite cramped. While there are two entrances/​exits, you can only access the one if you are going South on Rte. 8. To access the other one, you need to enter the mall that contains the Giant Eagle and enter the Starbucks from the bottom of the Giant Eagle parking lot. Anywho. .. I still give this location 3stars because the baristas are great and it is very close to my home.
