If i could give zero stars i would. From the beginning to end Erik and enginehaus have been the most unprofessional people to work with. My total bill was about 1000 over what was quoted due to «extra» work that «had» to be done. I work in a service department at a dealership and that is completely wrong. EVERY dollar over your quote to your customer needs to be aproved by the owner. after only a year i needed a copy of my work order for an insurance claim. according to erik it would take «days to find it and he doesnt have the means or manpower to do so». Its not very hard to keep a folder for each vehicle you work on and organize those folders per month/​year/​etc. Not a class act what so ever. GO ELSEWHERE
Im sure he will have this review removed just like the other reviews to hide the fact his business blows.

I had a new engine put in my 4runner about 9 months ago, recently my engine began to idle rough, so I brought it back to Enginehaus where they diagnosed it for free and it ended up being a «bad fuel injector» and amazingly they only charged me the cost of the part. Thanks Enginehaus!
