If your from Jersey or anywhere close to Philly, don’t expect a Philly Cheesesteak. Bread is a little better than Subway, workers are just as rude as if you were on south street. The place looks really clean, and they have tastykakes!

The food is good and the staff is friendly! It’s just INCREDIBLY difficult and confusing to order. Granted this was my first visit. I ordered the first sandwhich(a cold one) and started to say what veggies I wanted, and was told that the people down the line do veggies much like subway. Okay, no problem! I ordered a second sandwhich thinking this time I would wait to tell the people down the line the veggies I wanted like I was instructed, but they wrapped it before I got the chance. Maybe because it’s a hot sandwhich? Can you not add veggies to a hot sandwhich? Are you not allowed to get it Mike’s way? I was bummed but didn’t want to make them redo my sandwhich. So good food, friendly service(I still tipped), but very confusing. Difficult ordering process. Maybe after I have been here a few times it will finally make sense.

Went to Jersey Mike’s today with my daughter and my 2 granddaughters, ages 2 and 1… The food, as always, was absolutely yummy! The best part though was the staff! They were cheerful, helpful, and loved the babies! I will definitely be back, not just because of the food, but for the amazing staff!

Good subs with consistent, friendly service. I was in today with a pretty large order. They completed it fast, and all the subs were prepared well and accurately. Try one«Mike’s way» and call it good.

It is a nice, clean establishments. The staff is friendly, patient. The bread is bland, fairly tasteless white bread. The toppings are decent. Since a sandwich based structurally on the bread, I cant rank higher than 2 out of 5 with bland tasteless bread.

I was expecting something similar to an east coast grinder, but it was more like a stwp up from subway. Not bad but not very good either.

I Always get the #9 Mikes way no lettuce on Rosemary Bread when I go to a Jersey Mikes, got that here and the service was very good. The sandwich was perfect and I have to say, Jersey Mikes and Quiznos beats Subway and Jimmy Johns hands down, no competition there whci chains are best! Like other Jersey Mikes, they have Pepsi products here, which is a big plus IMO, I wil probably try something different next time, but the #9 taste so good!

You know what I like best about Jersey Mike’s? The staff. Someone has made it clear that the«kids» behind the counter will serve their clients with a smile and a lot of enthusiasm. It stands out over all the other fast food restaurants. That attitude is clear, consistent and therefore I know they’ve been well trained. That makes for an enjoyable trip for a quick bite… but it means that there are a lot of kids getting great life lessons when they venture out into the«real world». Thanks Jersey Mike’s for impacting their lives.

Okay, we’ve gone low carb, and we were pretty worried about our sub habit. Just to let you know you can have your amazing subs in a bowl, called Sub in a Tub. When we get home, we chop the #13 into the finest Italian chopped salad we’ve ever had. Enough for lunch the next day, too.

The Manager had to have gotten rid of the bad folks because this place is top notch again! Thanks for speeding things along, making customer service your priority along with a superior product! Good job!

We enjoy coming here for the people and convenience. Admittedly, we are Jimmy John’s fans… their bread is amazing! If we could have the Jimmy John’s bread and the Jersey Mike’s staff, we would be in absolute heaven! But it’s not that big of a deal to prevent us from coming back. We come once a week to maybe once every other week. Everyone there is always so friendly, greets you, smiles on their faces as they put together your sandwich, always making sure that it’s to your liking before wrapping it up. The ingredients are pretty basic. Just what you’d find at a typical sub shop. But like I said, can’t beat the service! Plus, you earn rewards points toward free food and drinks!

Always get what you expect. Have to remind them to add bacon every once in awhile but they are friendly about it. Good quality sandwiches.

Disappointed for the second time. First time ask to have one of the cold sub cooked and they said no they couldn’t do that. I walked out. Disappointed. Second disappointment. Went about ten minutes before closing looking for a hot sub. Was told they shut down the grill about 30 min before closure. Who does that? I walked out again. New business poor policies!

This had probably the best italian sub in washington. The only one that compares is Tat’s delicatessen in Seattle. I really dont know how anyone can compare this to Quiznos or subway unless they don’t know a good sandwich when they are eating one. The only complaint i would have is that the dining facility was rather small. 6 tables inside, two tables outside. It wasnt a problem for us but had it got busy i would have been annoyed having to wait for a table.

Really? These guys are a hundred times better than subway and most chain sandwich shops. Fresh ingredients, friendly staff, and great value. Give these guys a try they are well worth it!

don’t get any bacon on your sandwich they keep it out all day. Both my husband and I were sick all night after eating a sandwich with there bacon on it.

Good food at an acceptable price for a lunch. I like the fact that they slice the meat right there. Avoid busy times because it gets crowded in the small shop and hectic placing your orders. I’ve eaten their twice having a wrap one time and the Philli stake the other visit. Very pleased with the food and service.

If you like a lot of meat but limited condiments, this is the place for you. My husband loves it but I am not a major fan. I have had three different types of sandwiches and they were all fresh and decent but nothing special. I think their portions are very generous. A half sandwich is enough for a hungry trucker or(in my case) a starving pregnant woman. Oddly enough, the best part of the meal was the chocolate chip cookie. It was goooood!

I would not say that these subs are anything to really comment on. My best comparison is that this shop is just another variation of Subway or Quiznos.

I love a good sandwich, and Gig Harbor has been lacking a good sandwich place. I know some people don’t like a «chain» restaurant, but I have no issues with Jersey Mike’s. Ever since I discovered one years ago, it’s been my go-to shop for a good, consistently tasty sandwich. I was a little wary the first time we went here, though. New locations of any restaurant tend to have some kinks to work out that make a visit less thank pleasant. I needn’t have worried, though. The staff were friendly, someone(who I assume was the owner) was actively involved with making everything run smoothly, and we got our sandwich quickly. My only complaint is the arrangement of the store. When there is a line, about half of the seating becomes locked in by people and it can get a little claustrophobic.
