Jiffy Lube

Do not go here unless you want to waste your entire day. If the wait wasn’t bad enough the sales pitches here are ridiculous. Can’t they just change your oil like you asked? No; instead they want to sell you on 10 different services and then act like they’re doing you a favor. And it’s Sunday and they have British news on the TV, no football. Apparently, they’re too cheap to actually have cable for their customers who they make wait for well over an hour. When I got in my car the smell of gasoline was so strong I had to drive with the windows down! Do not go here!

First time here was a great experience. I don’t write reviews unless I am really happy or really upset, so this is one of my good ones. First, I was in and out in under 15 minutes, which is 10 times faster than my dealership. Second, they did not pressure me into an upper-​tier service package. After I agreed to have a fog light bulb changed, they advised I wait before replacing the bulb because the cracked lens would allow water in the light casing and the bulb would not last. Very honest move… I had a $ 5 coupon emailed to me and they told me it was not needed because they had a $ 10 discount already charged. Finally, I was also given a $ 15 rebate from the oil manufacturer. We’ll see if I get it… Based on my experience with this store, I’m betting I will. After reading the reviews on Unilocal,I decided to try this jiffy lube out (and even pay the bridge toll). It was well-​worth the trip across the bridge.
Store management is going to read this review and think the crew gave up a few opportunities to get my money. It kinda reads that way but what they really did was win my business. I will be bringing my vehicles here from now on. Thanks guys

I definitely recommend Jiffy Lube. The service was outstanding! The employees are extremely helpful when it comes to getting you the best deal possible! Next time you need an oil change, this is the place to go!

Without question the best Jiffy Lube I have ever been to. It’s rare you leave a service station feeling like you were treated 100% fairly. Today I left my coupon on the dash of the truck and the dude grabbed it to make sure I didn’t forget my discount which I did. I thought I needed a different service and he said my fluids were A okay and I should wait till I really needed it because it was a extra $ 100. The whole time super friendly and explained everything clearly and professionally. What a good experience.

We have a Porsche SUV and they found a filter for it within hours. Had it delivered to their location. We arrived on a holiday weekend. Quick service. Great customer service. Top-​drawer in every way!

Synthetic Oil change on a Hybrid.

Pros:
SUPER friendly, & they had my oil changed in less than 20 minutes, all at a great price! They even wiped down the dirty inside of my windshield & took a coupon to make it all cheaper!
Cons:
My oil change sticker says «150,000 miles» on it. My car had roughly 63,000 miles at the time of this change. Puzzling.

These guys literally saved my car from bursting into flames! Moral of the story – my dad is never changing my oil again! They were super-​nice, very professional, and did a great job.
Definitely coming back next time!

I was visiting the area on vacation and needed an oil change. The staff at this location was able to change oil and spruce up the car in 15 minutes. Wonderful friendly service.

I brought my 2010 Kia in for an oil change in July. They charged me $ 90 for a new air filter and oil & filter change. I was happy with the friendly service and the quickness of the procedure, and left without a worry. Until I began smelling burning oil. a few weeks later. I checked my oil and it was nearly empty, so I brought it to my mechanic who works on my older truck, and he said that the oil filter was way too loose. So basically, I paid near a hundred dollars to nearly burn up my motor. Never again. I’m not saying that it was on purpose, but this was my first and last experience at this or any other Jiffy Lube.

1^st time using them, but always a fan of Jiffy Lube. They have a great military discount and knocked out all the things I needed to have done. They never called, so we spent a lot of time wandering around the area until we decided to come back and the car had been done for 15 or so minutes, other than that, great service!

I was on a road trip and had neglected to even check my oil before leaving (duh-​stoopid!) On I-​5 in the midle of totally stopped traffic my Check Engine light came on. It was raining (of course-it’s the northwest) and dark and when I pulled into Teds gas and beer to try and check the oil, I couldn’t see the dip stick register. Dolt at the pumps said I was a couple of quarts low and charged me $ 5.00 each for 2 qts of off brand oil.
My check engine light remained on, but I drove to where I was staying, In Gig Harbor. Next day I went to Jiffy Lube there and turns out the problem was that my gas tank closure wasn’t screwed in tight enough.
They drained all the extra expensive oil from my car, gave me their primo oil change and the senior citizen discount with no problem. Took 10 minutes, cost $ 35.00.
I have nothing but praise for this place. don’t know what the previous UnilocalERS issue is, but they have a card with all the current discounts that they scan-​I didn’t even need a coupon.
Works for me.

i went to jiffy lube and the team there would not service my vehicle. i was the only person in line. another couple showed up and they were helped right away. i was really disappointed. i am no longer a customer of jiffy lube.
