I have been here a few times and usually have the «same same» all the time, so I decided to try the cilantro lime Chicken salad, and it was delicious! I will be having it again and I think this will be my new go too! The guy behind the counter is super friendly too! Happy day!

One of the best Taco Times I have visited. I have eaten here several times, and the food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. I have never experienced abnormal wait times. The location is also very clean.
The true praise goes to the staff of this location. In particular, Wyatt stands out as a perfect example of a stellar employee. Dude is always on his game. As a front counter person, he is the literal face of Taco Time. I cannot think of a better person to fill that role. He is a virtual whirlwind of customer service, doing everything from order taking to walking the restaurant and checking in with customers to make sure they are satisfied. I have been to 5 star restaurants and spent hundreds of dollars and not received the type of service Wyatt provides. You can tell he loves his job! You have a winner, Taco Time!

Easily one of the slowest, most inefficient drive thru experiences in the harbor. I used to be a regular customer, but the service and even food quality have declined steadily in recent months. Sadly, I think the friendly crew is doing the best they can with very little support from management. Step it up or put in a Taco Bell!

Whoa, really really sad taco. I mean, you could at least WARM UP the corn tortillas. Out of two tacos, one was made with room temp, never steamed or grilled tortillas. The second had maybe been steamed, briefly. Unwrapped it was basically a teensy handful of bland chicken chunks, an even teensier handful of tomatoes and iceberg lettuce. These tacos managed to be so rubbery, flavorless and unappealing as to be almost inedible, even doused in the Taco Time «hot sauce” – which has heat but very little actual flavor. Five-​plus dollars, smelling like fried taco grease (the waiting area for to-​go orders is a tiny foyer and during lunch the wait is long due to the massive drivethrough lineup), and still hungry because I couldn’t actually finish this. No, thank you. It’s NOT Taco Time.

I love this place! But sometimes customer service is horrible though, the drive thru is hard to speak with the person, they always dont answer if they ask me «Yes, what do you want» i say «i want blah blah blah» then no comment after it takes about 3 minutes for them to say «I didnt hear you» but i still love the food. The burritos are great.

This has become the worst Taco Time location in terms of wait time and quality of food. Drive Thru has become unforgivably slow and yet somehow my food always comes out cold. Mexi fries always cold. Inside isn’t much faster. The last time out of the 3 person order 2 people were completely finished before the third order was even up.
They staff is always distracted an unapologetic for the ridiculous waits.
The Tacoma location is much much higher standards.

Just moved back to WA and couldn’t wait to get my TT fix! This one is only 5 min from our new house, yay! While it’s still good food, the tacos are much smaller than all other locations I’ve been too in Seattle and Snohomish County. I’m not a big person and I can eat my whole meal no problem! My husband, 7 yr old and I paid $ 27 for dinner in a drive thru. That’s just ridiculous! Quit skimping in the toppings Taco Time!

Clean location. Staff are always attentive, even if it takes them a few minutes to see you there waiting to order. Nice drive through that is the opposite direction of the drive through next to it so there are no traffic tangles.
If you are new to Taco Time, I recommend the crisp burritos, especially the chicken ones. Their general salsa is delicious with the right amount of spice and not-​so-​chunky texture.

So friendly. Clean. Great, reliable food. I’m a Taco Time aficionado, this is true. However not all are created equal.
This one is a standout. In the top-​tier of Taco Timeyness for the level of customer service. Of course it goes without saying that the food is fan freaking tastic. Maybe not ‘authentic’, but good, fresh food nonetheless. Fresh made to order, as always. Many vegetarian options. Thank you, Taco Time for being my friend.
Tater tots, aka Mexi Fries, too. Often come by just for those puppies.

The best Mexican fast food in Western Washington. Granted there aren’t many other options (Taco Bell & a few subpar Del Tacos), but for the money it’s pretty damn good.
